For one, the store never seems fully staffed, plus NO ONE ever answers the phone. Not only that, but if you let it ring, you get hung up on. I was told by two staff members that corporate deliberately under-staffs them. I got the Circle App a few months ago, and I still don't find very good deals. I am so frustrated with this store. i used to love this target till i had a question in the electronics department and the woman there…read morewas so condescending when i asked a simple question. she wanted me to feel dumb and i was just asking if an iphone case was magsafe because i thought its a harmless question. she said "well if it isn't on the box, then its not magsafe" in the most rude tone i was literally so taken back! not to mention when i walked up to her she looked so confused as to why i was walking up to her...when she is literally behind the register. what takes the cake is when i walked to the next aisle to consider my options on cases she began talking about me and how i should've looked at the box and read the box. is it not okay to double check?? she noticed me in the other aisle after a while of loud mouthing and i even heard her say "should i apologize?" don't work in a job where you have to talk to people when talking to people pisses you off.. i called to tell them my situation and they said they'll leave a note. lol yeah i know that didn't happen. i ditched the cases btw and got one at walmart instead

We made the huge mistake of getting a set of tires from them, as it keeps you coming back for a "free" tire rotation. First rotation they broke my tire sensor and the light never went out, they passed it off and said it 'would eventually go out' once the tires were broken in. They 'weren't responsible' and would not fix it. Second tire rotation, six months later, different manager, tire sensor light still on, they 'didn't have any tire sensors in stock' and couldn't fix it. This time they over-tourqued my tire and broke off a lug. They weren't responsible for that, either. Went to Moores and paid $50 to have it fixed. Tire sensor will be another $60. So far my FREE tire rotations have cost me a lot of money. No matter how inexpensive their tires might be, just save yourself the grief and extra costs to come. Stay away from Walmart Automotive services.

I wanted to relate a story about this Kohl's location. I desperately needed a tie for a job…read moreinterview first thing in the morning. I showed up at 8:59 PM. They haven't locked the doors yet, but they had already closed out the registers. I told the kid I wouldn't be more than two minutes I just needed to snatch up a tie, and he was so nice. I know he did not have to do it, but he opened up his register and allowed me to run back and grab a tie, totally saved my day. Great customer service, and I am eternally thankful.

For the first time today they wouldn't accept my expired Kohl's cash which is extremely annoying. My kids don't need new clothes every month and it was only 2 weeks expired. I found the receipt and since I was told I could not stop foot in her store I sent my mother in law to return the item for me and she is never open. So I sent my daughter to return said item with the receipt and she said I will not return the item till she takes that review down about the store. Clearly $35 means more to u than me cause now it's the principle that everyone should know what you are getting into when you purchase a item from this store should know in case you need to return item. So my daughter called me when she left said she was very rude again. I told her take my receipt out of the bag and leave it in the counter I don't want her clothing. And I will be good with just losing out on again $35. The owner called the police on my daughter and they called me and she was more upset that I posted the review. And when talking to the officer she informed her about her return policy which was 15 days. Which is funny because this was nothing I had heard when trying to return the item the first time, so another excuse in why you don't want to return a item purchased from your own store. All this because you don't want to stand behind your product. And shame on me for trying to support a small business in our area all I was informed again that I was not allowed on her property I wouldn't walk in our around the store ever in my life even if it was the last place to shop.

This isn't a Super Walmart but a smaller one so they don't have everything that others may have. But much quicker to get in and out than the Super Walmart in Sterling. Closer parking too!
