They answered their phone professionally and transferred me to a representative Mike, Mike was helpful and I explained my audio was not working. I also explained I had not updated the laptop for a while. Due to the hourly rate he suggested I first update and he talked me through the screens I needed. I did the updates. My sound is working. But I want to say Thank you for being pleasant, helpful and taking the time to help me. I will definitely use your company for my PC because of Mike

I just discovered they've been charging my 74 year-old widowed mother over $3,000 for a line she never even activated. They've taken thousands more for "device protection" and the one time I've needed to use it after DECADES of paying, there is no tenable solution to a cracked screen unless I pay $900 to Apple or drive 2-hours out of my way. They of course refuse to do anything about it, so I've reported them to the FTC and I advise everyone else this extractive and deceptive company has stolen from to do the same.

The office locally is no help. I NEVER had this problem wi Verizon. Now stuck for months on contract owing for the so called "free" phone. The most exasperating mobile internet experience EVER strangely, the phone works fine in calls. Just don't expect internet to work.
