That's where we found Nate Moore who not only resolved our issue but restored our faith in humanity. Nate was knowledgeable, patient, understanding -- EVERYTHING CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE and he did so with a smile on his face. The amazing thing is the store was packed with customers but had only 3 staffers on duty -- the same number of workers who were chasing customers away anyone who dared enter the empty T-mobile store in the mall. Nate and the other two staffers at the 6630 Mills Civic Parkway store deserve at BIG raise because they're winning back customers that were chased away by the lazy, arrogant, insolent staff at the Jordan Creek Mall store. Hats off to Nate Moore!

They weren't overly busy but there was a good number of customers scattered around the store. I was looking for some new shoes for my 4 year old so we headed straight to that area. As I was viewing the wall of children's clearance shoes (quite the selection), a store associate asked if we needed help. Since I wasn't positive my 4 yr old was wearing the correct size, I asked if he could measure her. He said he gladly would. My daughter can be shy with strangers, especially men, but she told me right away that he was really nice and could measure her foot. After measuring her foot he asked if we needed more help. Since I didn't, we let him go on to the next customer. We were able to find some nice new shoes for her for $17. What a great deal! We looked around the store some more since I'd never been there. I found the socks my husband wears at the checkout for an additional 25% off. He goes through socks fast so I grabbed a bag of those. There was a short line at the checkout but they moved rather quickly. The associate checking us out was very nice and chatted about the crazy weather and also where he was from. It was a nice, not awkward, genuine conversation. Once I paid, the associate followed me to the door to help us out. This may sound awkward at first but I had our double stroller with us. It can be difficult to maneuver with double exit doors. I was pleasantly surprised at him following to help. You just don't see that much. I really hope they continue their great customer service. This is customer service? I called the store and spoke to the manager again and he told me he can't mail it and didn't give me a justified reason to why he couldn't only that "he just can't" and insisted the best they can do is hold them at the store.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the uBreakiFix - Mills Civic Pkwy…read morelocation. I initially brought my laptop in for a broken screen and paid a $57 diagnostic fee. I was told the screen could be replaced with full touchscreen functionality if I paid the higher price of $321, which I agreed to. The touchscreen worked intermittently for about three months. After repeated issues, I took the laptop to a nationally well known repair company for a full diagnostic. They determined that there was no proper driver installed to support touchscreen functionality, and that the touchscreen hardware installed was not compatible with my computer and never should have been installed. I returned to the Mills Civic Pkwy location multiple times--four visits total. Each time, the touchscreen would work briefly (2-3 days) and then fail again. Eventually I requested a refund under the 1 year warranty and was directed to Asurion. Asurion confirmed they could only reimburse me with approval from the Mills Civic Pkwy location. Despite providing an independent diagnostic report confirming the incorrect installation, I was repeatedly told to bring the laptop back again. Only after months of issues did they finally claim they would now install a new drive--raising serious questions about what had been done during prior visits. I ultimately lost all confidence in this location. I have had excellent experiences at the Ankeny uBreakiFix location for years, but the Mills Civic Pkwy store does not provide the same level of service or accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding the Mills Civic Pkwy location.
