He made the transition quick and easy and made sure everything synchronized before we left the store. A few days later I had to go back to apply a discount to my service and even though two other reps, over the phone and in store at a different location, told me the discount couldn't be applied Dorian was able to ensure we got the discount along with letting us know which other discounts came with our new price. Not even 10 minutes later he went out of his way to contact me and ask if my wife and I had a Spotify account and let me know that I had a deal that I could access with that as well. I know there are mixed reviews on this location but I would highly recommend seeing Dorian for your needs and I promise he'll get you all squared away!

Yesterday I spent over an hour on hold or talking with another person who was unable to solve the problem. Each month AT&T continued to do an automatic withdrawal from her checking account.
