They tell me that they are putting the phone at the same plan as my other 4 phones in the plan, but they didn't. They put it into a premium plan for 55/month, not 30/month like my other phones. They also enroll my father in law's 6 year old phone in an insurance program that costs 14/month, again without asking or without saying anything. Jerk faces. Every time I deal with AT&T they rip me off. This store is no exception. Don't trust anything they do.

He made the transition quick and easy and made sure everything synchronized before we left the store. A few days later I had to go back to apply a discount to my service and even though two other reps, over the phone and in store at a different location, told me the discount couldn't be applied Dorian was able to ensure we got the discount along with letting us know which other discounts came with our new price. Not even 10 minutes later he went out of his way to contact me and ask if my wife and I had a Spotify account and let me know that I had a deal that I could access with that as well. I know there are mixed reviews on this location but I would highly recommend seeing Dorian for your needs and I promise he'll get you all squared away!

I spent two months on the phone or online with AT&T "customer service" trying to get her service canceled. Each time I was transfered to another person who was unable to help me. Yesterday I spent over an hour on hold or talking with another person who was unable to solve the problem. Each month AT&T continued to do an automatic withdrawal from her checking account. Finally, I ended up the location listed above and Erica solved my problem in 10 minutes in a very professional manner. I give AT&T one star (terrible service) but I give Erica five stars.
