They do not require appointments so I asked whether they would be able to put one in that afternoon and they told me that they could manage it so I headed over there. We filled out the paperwork and I dropped off the phone and it was ready in just about an hour. Pricing was very reasonable and the phone works much better than it did when I brought it in! They offer a one year guarantee on the part and they followed up the next day to make sure that I was satisfied

DO NOT waste your time with Grimes Russell Cellular:…read more -NEVER called or messaged when any preordered product arrived at the store. Ordered 3 phones. -After 2 1/2 hours in the store this week found out the MANAGER sold our preordered iPhone just 3 days after being delivered to the store to a walk-in customer. NO apology was given. REFUSED to go to another store to get a new phone. Tried to sell an open box iPhone that was stuck on another persons account to us. NO solution was reached (Still don't have the phone that was preordered). (When you preorder a phone it attaches a phones ID number to that order. So its not just an easy fix as selling a new one) -Any time speaking with the MANAGER it was met with pure attitude after he messed this all up. -Closes store early with no notice when you have an APPOINTMENT scheduled. Completely ghosted. There were two employees (Brady and Chase) who tried what they could. Even offering to drive to the other store to pick up the phone. The manager REFUSED to let them do so.

They tell me that they are putting the phone at the same plan as my other 4 phones in the plan, but they didn't. They put it into a premium plan for 55/month, not 30/month like my other phones. They also enroll my father in law's 6 year old phone in an insurance program that costs 14/month, again without asking or without saying anything. Jerk faces. Every time I deal with AT&T they rip me off. This store is no exception. Don't trust anything they do.

I'm not tech savvy, and it's overwhelming to say the least. But the staff here are GREAT! If you have any reservations about technology, are uncomfortable asking questions and are worried you'll leave with an astronomical bill, please come see them! Nico answered all my questions and was so patient! Tasha and Jenn were working and I heard them with their customers while I waited, and they couldn't have been more wonderful! They also answered mine as they came up. I left with a brand new phone AND plan, instead of just replacing the battery, I asked Nico to lay out my bill so I could see exactly what my monthly bill will be, and I can't put into words how user friendly the phone he helped me pick out is! After waiting an hour, hour and a half (not a big deal, i would have sat there all day if need be), I got my phone, tipped them, and left. We didn't even make it to the hyvee by there, and my phone had some weird icon I had never seen, Google said 1 of the things it could indicate was overheating. Then when we got to Hyvee, i tried to charge it with the wall plug and my portable charger, and it would not charge. I took it back, and they told me they now would have to order a new part and it would be Friday. Friday. They, somehow, got it charged to about 85% and sent me on my way, with a warning that the charge wouldn't hold long. I had been waiting for this appt, now with 2 NEW problems, that I did NOT have before, have happened, And I would need to wait until Friday. I was DEVESTATED. I was absolutely sad, but what else could I do. I left and went to the Tmobile that sent me there, and they got me set up with a whole new phone, since it was NOT broken in THOSE 2 areas when ai went IN the CPR store. THEY were AMAZING, the referall being forgiven. I am SO grateful that THEY went above and beyond. I realized this afternoon that I forgot my portable charger at CPR, so my husband went to pick it up. He got home and Inormed me that "they were willing to work with me, but I was a little rude to them on the phone". Are you KIDDING me? I was so upset I had to have a now, even MORE broken phone , ANOTHER 2 days for things that were NEWLY BROKEN. When I called to ask about it, I ABSOLUTELY was NOT "rude". I was devastated, confused, EXHAUSTED, unsure WHAT i now needed to do. I was not rude. I am so shocked and SAD that THIS was how I was treated. T-MOBILE got me set up and thank goodness for them. I will NEVER refer ANYONE to these people. Telling him I was rude, I didn't cuss, I holding back tears trying to figure out the bus system out there, because I have only been to Valley Junction 4 times. I have a traumatic brain injury and that phone is my lifeline. I was scared and shocked that NOW my phone was broken in 2 ways that it wasn't before. He tried to tell me "well when you dropped it, that must have been how it broke". So I guess I am "rude" because I told him that "no. I cracked the screen 2 days ago and there has been no issues at ALL with the charger or the thumb sensor. Somehow had been charging with NO issue. I guess I'll see you friday". If you do something wrong, own up to it. It isn't the end of the world. But Messing it up, then acting like I am a jerk for being shocked, it's not ok.
