The owners started with one gym (this location) and have expanded to several more over the years, yet they remain involved in all locations. All of the coaches are great but I want to give a shout out to Anson Fisk! As luck would have it, I end up in his sessions more often than with other coaches. Anson is very enthusiastic and motivating but more importantly, he sees each person individually and works to correct form when needed. As for community, Krave partners with a local non profit each season (Special Olympics, ARL, etc.) and members are encouraged to participate in an event supporting each non-profit. There are also challenges (just completed a six-week one) and occasionally a social event. To me, Krave is much more than just a gym!

In the Lifespa, Josh has been an incredibly talented massage therapist and has helped me with resolving stress and pain. I have recommended him to many people! I have loved Katrina's dance class over the years and she makes it so fun and yet you don't feel uncomfortable if you aren't perfect with the moves which gives you encouragement to try. Recently I have been going to Tai Chi with Lindsay and when I leave that class I just feel amazing. Meredith on Sunday Yin Yoga has a special gift in guiding you to a peaceful place. I love Sandra's Thursday shred as the time goes by so fast. Kandee Bishop is also amazing at keeping you energized and her format is great for bar class. I recently tried Aaron's for Root Hatha and can't wait to go back. The pool is beautiful and they take great care of it! The cafe is great and people are friendly and they have great service.
