He constantly monitored the project, and crew - in person - even thought this happened during the weekend. Every time I wrote him and text or email he responded in immediately. Highly recommend this company, the work was perfect, they installed the gutters as well (another crew also highly professional). Price was within the expected range. Jorge Riveras

I didn't post my first review here! January 24, 2025…read more If anyone is looking for roof replacement, we just had a great experience! For the last five years we have been trying to get "one more year" out of the roof. When the vendor who cleans our gutters said we had a roofing section down to bare wood we became mobilized. On December 26th, using Google reviews, we called the first roofer presenting, Pinnacle Exteriors, (they had 20 five-star reviews and was from the neighboring town) Chris was over within about two hours that same day, had taken photos and was able to show us where the issues existed. We considered other roofers, some even recommended by close friends, but Chris stood out with his no nonsense, can do, we can fit it in during a break in the weather over the next two weeks, approach. Other roofers didn't seem to want the job. Chris considers this time of year in many ways optimal to be installing a roof. When a clear weather day approached with a 40 degrees forecast, Chris let me know that was the day. On Jan 23, 2024, a crew of nine arrived and completed both house and garage roof replacements in one day (7:30 am to 5:00 pm). Chris and his entire crew are very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. They are real craftsmen taking extra care in all their work. Even repairing some issues with our chimneys and gutters. Chris and his son Nick went into the attic and covered everything and then cleaned up after. They did a thorough clean up and also used a large rolling magnet to pick up all the nails. Chris came back the next day after the dumpster was removed to again do a magnet sweep of the driveway. This company is very detail oriented. We were extremely pleased with the result and the look of the roofs. We highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking to work with an honest hard-working group. I must say that this project, which manifested with much urgency during what we thought was the wrong time of year, got resolved with ease and grace, and a very competitive bid! https://pinnacleroofingma.com/ June 2, 2025 Hi Everyone, We had Chris back for some more work. Did you know, Chris is also a great carpenter! This year he was back for another big job and some smaller yet tedious jobs. We had him repair and cover all the exposed (and some rotted) exterior wood on our entire 1920 house. That included the wood window trim, soffits and trim around all the doors. It was a big job as we have a large multi family house. He replaced the house numbers, and also did some paint touch up. We also decided to have him replace four outside storm doors which also meant rewiring the doorbells or installing wireless doorbells. He also supplied and installed windows, including those hard to get to windows in the basement. He probably did more work that I don't even know about as he takes pride in his work and is meticulous. Friends that have spoken to me or read my review of his roof work, are also impressed. I feel like we hit the jackpot with Chris. He's a great guy, very honest and you can trust him. Treats your home like it was his own. Don't hesitate to get in touch with him as he books up quickly, yet somehow seems to juggle it all and makes everyone happy! https://pinnacleroofingma.com/

We were also having them replace a skylight over our addition. The skylight had leaked off an on since it was installed 20 years ago. It had been looked at by several companies over the years and no one could provide a solution . The skylight replacement was a problem because they could not find a replacement to fit the measurements. The guys came out several times. A couple of days ago, Elmer came out and spent some time making noise on the roof. When he finished, he said that the skylight would not leak anymore and that there was NO CHARGE for all the work they had done. As it turns out, the skylight had been installed incorrectly which is why the measurements were off. Elmer took it apart, figured out the problem and reinstalled it the right way. I repeat, NO CHARGE, event though we agreed to pay over $1,000 for a new skylight. He said he wouldn't do a job that was not needed. Yesterday we had a torrential rain and there were no leaks! I asked Elmer if he was the boss and he answered modestly that he was a "team member." In fact, he is the owner of Egama. Egama is an excellent, reasonably priced roofing company. Most important it is run with honesty and integrity!

If you don't know, a metal shingle roof must be nailed by hand, no nail guns and random nails here there and everywhere. it's labor intensive. the shingles lock together unlike a regular asphalt one. zero chance of wind lifting them up, each one attaches to its neighbors and interlocks. they added roof vents as we have no ridge vent. I am just reviewing based on the quote process of this company…read more I called them to get a quote based on the high google reviews. I was surprised to see that the ratings were much lower on yelp. I proceeded anyways because I was already on the phone as I was reading the reviews here. They got Mike, the owner next day to provide a quote. There was some slight mis communication with the timing but regardless he inspected my roof for about 10-15 minutes and emailed me over the quote at night. Overall the price quoted was reasonable, I did not move forward with O'lyn Roofing but I did appreciate them making the quote process easy and painless. I have gotten quotes from 2 other companies and they would make me sit through 60-90min presentation before just giving me a number. In one case I cut them off at 30min and they left without giving me a quote, instead insisted to reschedule another 30min to talk. No one have time for all that! Mike seems like a decent guy, straight to the point based on my short interactions with him and the quote process. Although I did not move forward with them for this particular project, I will keep them in mind if anything changes or if any other projects come up down the line.
