Anyone that has dealt with contractors before knows they can be your best friend when you're having a $400,000 addition put on, but many can't be bothered with a single window or if they do you're not given the same level of service. I felt Vallee gave us the same respect and consideration as they would have if we got a house full of windows done. After trying a few local contractors for various jobs in the past who were all nice and considerate, but did only so-so work, I think we've found our go-to for future jobs. This involved a vent pipe being run through the roof. -- This winter we had some leaking that looked like ice dams. We called Golden Group and they sent some people over. They quickly diagnosed the problem as something about the gasket around the new vent pipe (not ice dams, yay!).
