Hello I felt compelled to submit a review for this business…read morebased on the outstanding, exemplary customer service I receive from Yasmin Flores, Store Manager. Ms. Flores conveys an exception customer service attitude and goes above and beyond to insure that all business transactions are conducted in a rapid, professional and ethical manner. In a time where customer service is lacking in so many businesses and industries, it is a real pleasure and comfort when you can experience the highest level of customer service with Ms. Flores and her staff. I highly recommend this business for your financial needs. Thank you Joe Gonzales

First of all, I would like to say I have used this facility for over 10 years easily. That being…read moresaid, the staff that usually operates this particular branch is outstanding. Their customer service is excellent their personality and their interaction with the customers goes above and beyond what you could normally expect. It is the main reason I do all my bill pay, my money orders, and have cashed too many checks to even count very large and some small. I have never complained about about their fees because it is my convenience to do business here at this facility. That being said, the woman who helped me today who stated she was the general manager, absolutely delivered the worst customer service I have ever received not only did she not understand how to operate her own system. She then made it seem like the other staff over all these years has been doing it absolutely wrong. Unfortunately I did not get her name. I wish I did, but hopefully she does not train the staff at any other facilities because if they operated in the manner in which she does, I can't believe the business would stay functional. If this was my first interaction here I don't know that I would ever come back. Hopefully when I return, the normal staff will be there. They have several young ladies that are always very pleasant and very helpful.

He recommended a secure credit card for me since I know for a fact my credit needs a lot of help. He walked me through the process and made sure I understood what the best next steps were. Also, when I had a question I ended up calling to make sure I knew what I was doing through the app. In the end it seemed to be a stupid question but he ensured me it wasn't. Always great knowing you can reach out and have all your questions answered.

And since they are a "sister bank" of my bank, which is MyPoint, I would think it would be okay. Apparently they don't provide change unless you open an account with them. WTH! A bank that doesn't provide change!? What a joke. Never am I opening an account with this bank. Instead I went across the street to SDCCU and they happily changed my $20s with no issues since I wasn't a member. Be better with your service Frontwave! I just needed change not a pot of gold.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! INCOMPETENT tellers. I walk in and there are four tellers at the teller line…read more Only one of them is busy with a customer. The other three are twiddling their thumbs and even then- they took five minutes to call me to help me when I was the only person in line. Then when I finally am called to be helped, the teller cannot count My cash correctly! He does not hear the request I made and performs the wrong transaction all the while taking half an hour to help me for something that should've only taken five minutes. Another time when I visited this branch, I was the only person in line and then a customer came in after me and started flirting and chatting with one of the managers who then invited him to sit down so she could help him only for me to interrupt her and say "excuse me I was in line 1st. You need to help me since I was here first and I have been waiting". Very unprofessional branch. this place is a joke. I used to work for two different banks in the past and we would NEVER treat our customers this way! EVER!

I have had nothing but positive experiences borrowing money (thru a payday loan) from this…read morebusiness. My best suggestion -if you are a new customer- is to call in first to make sure you bring in all the documents you'll need to start the process of applying for a payday loan. You can borrow between $100-$255. Mind you, this IS a business so the interest rate on the loans are high. That being said, if you can **borrow money from a friend or family member** DO IT bc that will save you from paying the interest rate. Today I borrowed $255 and I will have to pay back $300 on the last day of the month (when I get paid). Since I just borrowed money 2 months ago I just had to show my most recent bank statement - which you can request from your bank in person OR you can access thru your bank's online banking system. If you call the business over the phone they can help walk you through it so you can find your statement, email it in PDF form then email it to them. Do NOT try to get a payday loan if you don't have a job or I can tell you right now you'd be better off holding a sign begging for change on a street corner. This service is for people who can pay back the loan. I want to add is that this store no longer does personal loans, probably bc everyone is broke bc of COVID so that's not a gamble this business can afford to make. The last thing I'd like to mention and ~what separates this spot from other payday loan places~ is that they have always let me loan out the max amount, whereas other places can treat you like a criminal and only let you borrow $100. I highly recommend this business. 5 stars all the way!
