This review is meant to commend the efforts made by Freeway Insurance's employee Ms. Roxanna Lopez Yesterday I gave Freeway insurance a call to simply make a request to change some logistical information regarding my car insurance policy. I had no idea coming into my phone call that I would be assisted by an employee that would actually go above and beyond in searching for my best interests. Roxanna made it her fullest effort to help me with the changes I needed with my policy, as is her job. However, once she confirmed that my changes would be updated, she politely inquired to see if perhaps I might be able to find a better monthly rate for the same coverage at a different agency. She did not have to do this. She looked out for my best interests and at the end of our phone call, made the fullest successful effort to find me a lower premium. I truly am grateful that there exists people such as her that are willing to have empathy for their employer's customers. Employees such as her are a rare commodity and she did not just settle for the bare minimum. To add to just how helpful she is, Roxanna was so flexible in my insurance company transfer that she even took a moment to answer all my paperwork concerns and requests. Might I add, that she did this as late as 5:30 pm, only an hour after I first contacted her. She got all my paperwork in order, which was inconveniently given to her in 17 separate, page by page documents as that was the only way I could get it back to her (what an annoying customer, right?). She was able to get my paperwork in order and provided me my new insurance documents same day. I am sure she probably even stayed after hours to ensure that my new policy documents would land in my possession the same day. She did not put it off and I am very grateful for that. If you have Freeway Insurance, ask for Roxanna. She is excellent at what she does, she never made me feel pressured and she truly has her customer's interests at heart! read more

This company is a literal scam. Over charge you. Misrepresent what your paying for. Don't contact you with problems. I signed on for a year contact with Infinity Insurance through them and was told that I paid the total amount upfront, something I was happy about seeing as I didn't want to worry about missed payments. This was all back in October. Earlier this week, I got a letter from the DMV saying my insurance had been cancelled and my registration was about to be suspended. Turns out, they horribly misrepresented what I was paying for charged me more and then never notified me that I needed to pay more. I never received any calls, emails, or even letters letting me know they were charging me more or that they were going to CANCEL MY INSURANCE. When I called they refused to reinstate my old insurance, give me any kind of refund, or contact the DMV to let them know I should have insurance right now. On top of this, they charged me over $300 to start my insurance, which I later found out only $90 were needed. The rest went to the broker. Never going back. Worst experience. read more

I walked in yesterday to get insurance & this young lady named nayley helped me get insurance and she explained everything to me in detail !!! I've been to several freeways and no one has explained to me the way she has ! If you need insurance u recommend going to freeway in esco and asking for nayley. The service was great and the company she quoted me with is great .I would take a star for the office though the office SERIOUSLY NEEDS AN UPGRADE!!! The employees are great employees and shouldn't be working in a place like that . They need to upgrade that office. I didn't want to take a star for that because it's not the employees fault their office looks like a dump. Besides that I would still recommend getting insurance with this company. read more

I've been searching every where for an insurance company to accept my car under my circumstances. Fortunately I took a chance by calling the number I heard over the radio for auto insurance with very low rates. I am glad I followed that intuition. I was assisted by both representatives. Before I came here I was paying about $214 for full coverage on a 2016 vehicle, and I honestly thought it was a bit too much. So for a while I was looking to see if I could find something better. Luckily my friend recommended this location and thanks to Luis, I was able to get great coverages at less than what I thought was possible. He definitely went above and beyond to find me a great rate. And I gotta say the atmosphere in that office is so good, nothing but laughs and smiles the whole time I was there.
