He helped me organize my current insurance (not even through farmers) and helped me set up how to switch that over to farmers. He asked if i'm able to pay amount in full or if I would like to maybe 2 payments. I went the 2 route and agreed on automated payments to saved a few dollars over the paying manually method. So he proceeded to take a $300 payment for the first half. A few weeks go by and I received a receipt in the mail from Aspire stating I have an outstanding balance of $543 which I thought was insane after doing a $300 payment. So I contacted Michael about this and he stated " the initial pays for a few things not just the policy " what kind of shady false business is he selling? Hiding a 300$ fee that's no where on any of the paperwork I signed then he states " did you not look over that because I know I explained everything to you " when he clearly didn't explain anything about that.
