I have been fighting a month+ long battle with my flood insurance agency and former agent. Everyone was doing behind the curtains stuff and never helped/even told me what was going on. He sat down with me and explained EVERYTHING to me and helped me understand what my former agent did wrong. He helped me organize my current insurance (not even through farmers) and helped me set up how to switch that over to farmers. In addition, he also saved me a tremendous amount of money by giving me names for land surveyors to do my elevation certificate. Seriously can't thank him enough for listening to my hell of a situation and really helping me understand what went wrong. He DEFINITELY knows his stuff! I would HIGHLY recommend him! Office staff was extremely nice too.

I had to call corporate myself to uncover the truth. Service tanked after Joe left. Under Alma, there was zero follow-through; she even told us it wasn't her job to follow up on claims or changes. When we asked for help from the owner, Steve was no better--curt, dismissive, and he hung up on my husband when he asked for clarification and turn times. Bottom line: rude to clients, misleading about status, and allergic to accountability. We won't be back, and having our last life insurance policy transferred to another agent.
