Understaffed. Service quality starts to deteriorate recently. They cannot do much for you. Try somewhere else if you have options.

I have purchased auto insurance 2 weeks back from allstate and was hoping to get the documents and policy details to me soon. Its been over 2 weeks that I have not received any documents yet. I have called them multiple times and every time I get a different response and giving commitments. They said that they will call me but till date I have not received any call from them. Its frustrating now as nothing has happened and I have two policies active at the same time. I am very much dissatisfied with the service and the office of the Andrew. read more

Robert is the nicest and best agent I have ever encountered! I first needed a life insurance agent in the orange county area, and reached out to several places via yelp. I got mostly voicemails, even with Robert. However, he called back within the day unlike other places, and that's how we started. The life insurance was needed in order to fulfill a business loan for life assignment collateral (yes, no matter which company you go with, it's very very tediousness). The service centers on the corporate end will take forever, and ever, and give you any excuses possible. The only thing you can control on this end is how responsive and helpful your agent is. It took me over a month to get everything done. And during this time, I have already purchased the life insurance and gotten the approval, I just needed the "additional documents." Robert was so easy and willing to help with everything. I had him call the service center almost every day for 2 weeks, and he was willing to put aside time for it. Not once did I feel his unwillingness and "attitudes." I strongly recommend Robert for anyone as it's no longer the products (car insurance, coverage, etc since the market is already ripe), it's the agent that counts. read more

Amazing office and located right in Irvine too! One of the best Allstate offices I've ever worked with. I've been an Allstate customer for 16 years and have had to switch around with a few agents when my original one retired. Someone always answers the phone quickly and takes the time to answer all my questions. Manuel has been so patient with me as I have a lot of questions. Yes, I'm one of those. With all the internet insurance companies out there, it's tough finding a local agent that's willing to help and do all they can to get you the best deal. However I'm old school and like being able to drop by an office and/or speak to an office staff that knows me. So if you're shopping around, definitely give this Allstate office a call! I'm giving 5 stars even though I didn't end up going with this agency. The reason for the 5 stars is because Israel was extremely attentive to my every need and request. He was able to churn out a complicated auto loan at 5pm on a weekday. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. After too many negative interactions with various insurance companies, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to fully trust insurance companies again. The interactions I did have, I had always felt that I was an inconvenience to these companies, and felt that so much information that was conveyed was limited, untrue or partially true. However, one evening, I was searching for the best place to do business with. Honestly, I didn't even know if I was on the right path and truthfully, I was worried. I took a shot in the dark, and linked myself to a third party and requested for someone to assist me. I was looking around to change my condo policy and I came across Robert Andrews on Yelp. I read the good reviews about him and decided to give him a call. In all the years I've obtained insurance, this was probably the quickest and most efficient I've ever completed the process. It took about 15 mins total from start to finish, and that included Robert answering all my questions in detail about the different coverages. He was extremely thorough and this guy knows his stuff. Robert Andrew's Allstate office is by far the rolls Royce of insurance companies. Manuel Metzger(my agent) is extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to your insurance needs. I personally have an auto/renters insurance policy with them that is not only high in coverage, but the policy premium cannot be beat by any of their competitions. I am extremely satisfied and will not switch to anyone. I just recently moved from Newport Beach to LA and plan on always continuing my business with them.
