I just wanna thank Rosalia Nunez for her hospitality, I decided to give Allsate another round of 6 months because of her strong effort to go above and beyond with her clients! She answered every one last question I had, she took her time with me and I can't thank you enough!! read more

Understaffed. Service quality starts to deteriorate recently. They cannot do much for you. Try somewhere else if you have options.

I have purchased auto insurance 2 weeks back from allstate and was hoping to get the documents and policy details to me soon. Its been over 2 weeks that I have not received any documents yet. I have called them multiple times and every time I get a different response and giving commitments. They said that they will call me but till date I have not received any call from them. Its frustrating now as nothing has happened and I have two policies active at the same time. I am very much dissatisfied with the service and the office of the Andrew. read more

I came to Robert not knowing much about insurance. He was very helpful in explaining coverage options, explaining his suggestions so I understood exactly what I was getting. I appreciated that he was honest with me about what he thought was best for my needs, not just what was best for his wallet. Unlike many other insurance companies I have been to, he didn't try to sell me a policy. He was more like an adviser than someone who was trying to make a buck. It's hard to find honest people these days, so I would recommend Robert. read more

Robert is the nicest and best agent I have ever encountered! I first needed a life insurance agent in the orange county area, and reached out to several places via yelp. I got mostly voicemails, even with Robert. However, he called back within the day unlike other places, and that's how we started. The life insurance was needed in order to fulfill a business loan for life assignment collateral (yes, no matter which company you go with, it's very very tediousness). The service centers on the corporate end will take forever, and ever, and give you any excuses possible. The only thing you can control on this end is how responsive and helpful your agent is. It took me over a month to get everything done. And during this time, I have already purchased the life insurance and gotten the approval, I just needed the "additional documents." Robert was so easy and willing to help with everything. I had him call the service center almost every day for 2 weeks, and he was willing to put aside time for it. Not once did I feel his unwillingness and "attitudes." I strongly recommend Robert for anyone as it's no longer the products (car insurance, coverage, etc since the market is already ripe), it's the agent that counts. read more

Amazing office and located right in Irvine too! One of the best Allstate offices I've ever worked with. I've been an Allstate customer for 16 years and have had to switch around with a few agents when my original one retired. Someone always answers the phone quickly and takes the time to answer all my questions. Manuel has been so patient with me as I have a lot of questions. Yes, I'm one of those. With all the internet insurance companies out there, it's tough finding a local agent that's willing to help and do all they can to get you the best deal. However I'm old school and like being able to drop by an office and/or speak to an office staff that knows me. So if you're shopping around, definitely give this Allstate office a call! They also offer Pet Insurance and Umbrella insurance too! One-stop shop! You won't be disappointed. read more

I have been with All state for the past 20+ years. Personnel very professional, great attitude when calling on the phone. The lady, Jean always very friendly great attitude.Robert and his team, very knowledgeable on policies of any kind. Alerted to new changes and discounts available. Follows with us on renewals and changes that may affect our lifestyle. Family oriented. I feel my family is in great hands with All State and its team. Definitily great service. read more

I'm giving 5 stars even though I didn't end up going with this agency. The reason for the 5 stars is because Israel was extremely attentive to my every need and request. He was able to churn out a complicated auto loan at 5pm on a weekday. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. In the end I couldn't go with all state because my own insurance provider that currently does my other policies gave me a quote that couldn't be beat. read more

I've never left a review for my boss, but Robert is the man and totally deserves it. The atmosphere in the office is awesome, and I felt comfortable and welcomed from day 1. Plus the man works HARD for his clients. I'm very happy to be here, and have only good things to say about the agency. read more

So glad I reached out to Robert and requested a quote for car insurance and life insurance. He was able to get me the same coverage I had with my car ins policy with Mercury and some and still save money at the same time and offer an affordable life insurance! Even with a wreck on my record I really didn't expect to get a better rate than what I already had. Robert was patient and explained everything in detail, I felt comfortable making the switch even after being with Mercury for 3 years. If your ever considering switching, make the call you have nothing to lose. Will definitely read more

I have been very impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism of Robert and his staff. They make buying insurance simple and if you have a claim they make sure it is handled quickly. I have been buying auto insurance for over 30 years. This is by far the best experience I have had with buying Auto Insurance. I highly recommend Allstate as a company, Robert and his staff. read more

Words can't describe how awesome the service is from Bobby! Not only is he on top of everything I have ever asked of him, but he is honest about what is going on in the insurance market, reaches out to ensure we are protected, follows up with us during renewal time, is incredibly reliable and to boot...he is now considered a family friend. I mean how many people can say they go to lunch just to chat as buddies with their insurance agent? Or are friends on Facebook? I will never leave him even if he went to another company. That is how loyal we are to him. We love you Bobby! read more

After too many negative interactions with various insurance companies, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to fully trust insurance companies again. The interactions I did have, I had always felt that I was an inconvenience to these companies, and felt that so much information that was conveyed was limited, untrue or partially true. However, one evening, I was searching for the best place to do business with. Honestly, I didn't even know if I was on the right path and truthfully, I was worried. I took a shot in the dark, and linked myself to a third party and requested for someone to assist me. Mind you, it was late in the evening and I had figured I wouldn't get a call back till the next day. However, I got the call I was waiting for. Robert was patient, polite and incredibly professional. Robert treated me with respect and most importantly, spoke to me as an equal. He answered all of my questions and also provided feedback and suggestions for other plans available; rental insurance, etc. I didn't feel pressured, nor intimidated. Because of Robert going above and beyond, I choose to sign with Robert that evening. I'm happy to say, I made the best choice, ever!! I wouldn't go anywhere else, simply because I know, my family, my pets and myself will always be protected. I highly recommend Robert Andrews for all of your insurance needs!! I promise, you won't regret it!! read more

Robert is an excellent agent-in fact, he is the best agent I've ever had, He returns my calls promptly, always follows thru, is prompt and courteous, and knowledgeable. He got me great rates on my home and auto. What I truly appreciate the most though- is the ease in which I can reach him, and his kindness.. Thanks Robert! read more

I was looking around to change my condo policy and I came across Robert Andrews on Yelp. I read the good reviews about him and decided to give him a call. In all the years I've obtained insurance, this was probably the quickest and most efficient I've ever completed the process. It took about 15 mins total from start to finish, and that included Robert answering all my questions in detail about the different coverages. He was extremely thorough and this guy knows his stuff. Robert also gave me recommendations and did not try to upsell additional coverages, but rather gave me different scenarios to consider, and did not pressure me at all. Their rates are awesome too, I'm now paying half what I was paying with Farmers, and have double the coverage! I will certainly recommend Robert to other friends and family members... read more

Robert Andrew's Allstate office is by far the rolls Royce of insurance companies. Manuel Metzger(my agent) is extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to your insurance needs. I personally have an auto/renters insurance policy with them that is not only high in coverage, but the policy premium cannot be beat by any of their competitions. I am extremely satisfied and will not switch to anyone. I just recently moved from Newport Beach to LA and plan on always continuing my business with them. I constantly recommend them to everyone I know and have successfully forwarded them a few referrals, which all are satisfied. Picking the Robert Andrews Allstate insurance office in my opinion is a no brainier. Love you guys! read more

Robert has been for me more than that I was expecting him to be : he didn't only solve my problems but also had the patience to explain to me the US insurance system and has been really kind offering me his time to make me feel comfortable and able to decide what was the best option for me . This way I want to let know that he is not only a great professional but also a nice human being. read more

Very responsive and willing to spend time helping out on my cost study to cope with high rates covering my college-age son with two at-fault accidents. Great guy to work with. Glad that I switched away from Farmers after 12 years there. read more

I've been with Allstate from 1998. The three times I was in an accident, all my needs were taken are of without the headache and stress that some people go through with their insurance company. I thought being treated with exceptional customer service from your insurance is a norm. However every time I hear about friends and family's experience, they are not happy when dealing with their insurance company. Needless to say they were not Allstate customers. read more
