As he is a member of my BNI Profit Builders group, all John had to do was say "better coverage, cheaper" and he had me. Today, a few months after our initial business insurance purchase, John showed how much he cared for me and my business when he alerted me to a missing payment which could have spelled cancellation. He knew I had a family member in the hospital a few weeks back and was super-understanding. He said despite the scary letter that was sent to both he and I, policy reinstatement was no problem. He made the personal call to me just wanted to make sure I was OK and that the business stayed covered. I called The Hartford right away and am back in their good graces. Thanks for saving me, John!
