He consistently makes time to walk through options, explain tradeoffs, and help you make a decision you actually understand. The first time I called it sounded like someone was just finishing a conversation with someone else answered, then they hung up before I could speak. Perhaps a technical issue? I called back and was on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and tried again, and this time when on hold I opted to leave a message to get a call back, as the intermittent on-call recording suggested. Insurance coverage can sometimes be confusing so it's good to know you can call and get the answers you need.
