While waiting the front desk person offered me water and Agnes provided me a step by step update on what she was doing with my paper and how it worked. I liked knowing how they input my information and why, this gave me a peace of mind and allowed me to also make sure they entered information right. I was instructed to sit down and wait a few minutes until I could be helped with my tax papers. I could hear someone yelling in the back about their situation over the phone! I do know her name because she didn't introduce herself or have a nametag that I know of. The challenge of trying to find out what she was saying to hand over what she may need from me was half the challenge! It seemed as if she didn't want to help me during the peak times of tax season.
