This location is all way very clean and neat , your employees Elvia and Teresa are always so friendly , profesional and helpful , they always have a great attitude . So today the day my loan is due I came in at 3:35pm and they said they already pulled the money from my account and I could not take out a loan the same day..... what the f was the point in telling me I could do it. I show up the next day first in line and not only does the extremely rude woman who opened on 5/6/24 make me wait while she runs the entire rest of her line, but she treats me with disrespect the whole time just to tell me she can't help me I have to wait until Friday to find out if my check cleared

Very rude and racist.....just came back from vacation and need a quick pay day loan for my cell…read morebill....my paycheck was 31 days old and they refused to take it....i had a more recent paycheck with 20 hours on it for a few days work....also refused to take that as i was told TIPS ARE NOT STRONG INCOME....if i dun get taxed on tips then i still have hourly....all makes no sense... but what really didnt make sense was how the homeless guy before me who smelled and had a bike with clothes hanging off it outside WAS able to get a loan..good luck if you are not hispanic...i have 2 jobs took a well needed vacation and my income isnt good enough for them. The 2 women were too busy laughing. I felt mistreated... took 40 minutes just to be denied

I called today 12/20 to have them change my due date for my loan, as I was told when I got my loan…read morethat I could change it with no problem after my first payment went through. I called and Katrina answered the phone, first of all she has extremely poor phone etiquette along with being really rude over the phone. She made me feel belittled because I wanted to change my due date, the way she was asking me certain questions was just wrong. Not only that but she wouldn't let me speak, she kept speaking over me and raising her voice I had to tell her to stop speaking over me and to let me talk. I ended up not changing my due date and hung up the phone because the way she kept speaking to me was unprofessional. Your job is to help people not make them feel less than. I can't wait to be done with my loan and never have anything to do with this company.
