Imagine waking up every day and going to work with the intention of tricking people into taking on debt they don't need, using intimidation and misleading, fraudulent mail. What a pathetic existence. Hopefully the Better Business Bureau will be as disgusted as I am at these bottom-feeders. If you work for React, please take a couple minutes to really assess how you spend your days. This sad, shallow scam can't be what you had in mind.

If you loathe the dmv like I do, then you won't regret for a second to pay the nominal fee for La Casita to handle your paperwork and more. Keep in mind that if you try this yourself with the dmv, you'll likely make 3 separate trips back and forth. Let alone how confusing the paperwork is for transfers of ownership like this. Worth it! I needed a new swiper and within 2 days I had one arrive at my door, free of charge. We run thousands of transaction per month at my store, and the credit card processing couldn't be better. Best of all, Joe and Dave ALWAYS pick up the phone and are extremely knowledgable. As a small business owner, I can't empathize how important it is to have dependable and good service. These guys deliver every time and I'll never go anywhere else. Keep up the good work boys.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RHIS SCAM COMPANY I am a small…read morebusiness owner. This business tells you what you want to hear and tells you your signing what was discussed but then end up changing stuff on the contract. When you try to cancel the contract they ignore your calls and emails and don't respond back so more days can pass and you get stuck. Nora is So Rude! Very unprofessional and laughs at you. I don't even want to know how many small businesses they have scammed. I was misled during the signing and they took advantage of me. They say no interest fee but can't answer the question of where the extra thousands of dollars are going and then on top of that they tell you you get the title after your contract but then in the contract they write that they are selling you the vehicle after you pay the loan part. So they are very good at lying and saying one thing do you believe them and don't read the contract and just sign so then after you sign, you're screwed.

I'd like to share my experience with Innovative Lease Services…read more I reached out to them with a unique structure for a Business Acquisition using Working Capital. Right from the start, I presented this structure and asked for the necessary requirements upfront. Throughout the process, I emphasized repeatedly that I wanted to know everything needed to avoid any surprises. I made it clear that I was in contact with sellers and needed to ensure we were all on the same page. Despite discussing the structure many times and being clear about my intentions, they changed the requirements, even though they were the ones who created them. Today, I received a text message suggesting that I was "Wasting my time." This was unexpected, given my initial efforts to clarify what was needed, whether the transaction was feasible, and what more I could provide to move things forward. When I asked a question about another deal, I received a response that was cold, unprofessional, and abrupt. It felt like our previous discussions had been ignored, and I was treated as if I was doing something wrong or inappropriate. This company has wasted my time and put me in a difficult position. I now have to figure out a new structure based on the parameters they originally provided, which has hurt my credibility with my selling partners. I would consider other options to avoid ending up in a similar situation. Due to the poor communication and unprofessional treatment I experienced, I felt a sense of prejudice, despite my efforts to be as professional, clear, open, and friendly as possible. Take your business elsewhere.
