I don't even want to know how many small businesses they have scammed. I was misled during the signing and they took advantage of me. They say no interest fee but can't answer the question of where the extra thousands of dollars are going and then on top of that they tell you you get the title after your contract but then in the contract they write that they are selling you the vehicle after you pay the loan part. So they are very good at lying and saying one thing do you believe them and don't read the contract and just sign so then after you sign, you're screwed.

Today, I received a text message suggesting that I was "Wasting my time." This was unexpected, given my initial efforts to clarify what was needed, whether the transaction was feasible, and what more I could provide to move things forward. When I asked a question about another deal, I received a response that was cold, unprofessional, and abrupt. It felt like our previous discussions had been ignored, and I was treated as if I was doing something wrong or inappropriate. This company has wasted my time and put me in a difficult position. I now have to figure out a new structure based on the parameters they originally provided, which has hurt my credibility with my selling partners. I would consider other options to avoid ending up in a similar situation. We felt like VIPs. 2) When I was purchasing a new home in Sacramento, Don, the loan officer, always picked up the phone, even on the weekends. 3) ATM access! Banc of California will waive all atm fees that other banks may charge, so I can use any atm for free! 4) Best interest rates! My first account with Banc of California was a CD that I opened 10 years ago. Their rates are always higher than the other banks. After receiving such phenomenal customer service, I decided to move all of my money to Banc of California five years ago and have been very happy since. 5) Great Banking App!
