The only reason I didn't give it zero stars is cause that wasn't an option. Every single time I call they mess everything up can't ever give me a correct answer and there's always a new payment that I need to pay every time I call the communication with each other and the customers suck! Absolute terrible company. They do absolutely nothing to make the situation better other than give me a sorry that doesn't do anything for me and Manny. Your customer service is terrible! I'm calling to explain how it makes zero sense that I got charged for a roadside at the end of July when I started my policy back in June and it had to be moved over to my new policy around July 24, when I was charged the hundred dollars. So if I set up roadside in June and it got moved to my new policy July 24, why am I barely getting charged for it a month after I originally set it up? Rather than explaining anything to me, you just talk to me like I'm dumb. The ignorance at this company is crazy and lack of ANY customer service skills is crazy. And check my track record. Fortunatly, my son had initiated an account. She found his account, we quickly acquired the car insurance. Onward to get registration tags. Please look them up, the cost was reasonable as well. this is the most corrupt, disorganized insurance company i have ever worked with. I have used them for different cars and there is ALWAYS a problem!!! When i try and cancel there are five different companies and they all tell me to call or email another person/company to cancel. They will not give you a straight forward answer. You can't ask a question with out them going off trying to explain something irrelevent. They leave a lot of details out. Dont even try to get a hold of a manager...it could take you days, if not weeks. I was on hold for 30 minutes, so I hung up. Some say there is no broker fee what so ever and some say there is. But if your a prefered customor then there in NOT. What is a prefered customor ? Well I never actually got a real definition but she said no tickets/accidents (basically a good driver) then she added later you must be OVER 25 to qualify. Very misleading and decieving. I gave them one star because they got me a really great deal on car insurance. read more

I'm big on customer service - everyone in the office was courteous and all carried a positive vibe - based on my overall experience and how happy I was walking out the door on a positive note, I have to give them 5 stars. I remember hearing about them from radio commercial and found myself looking for a new policy, one of my buddies told me to check them out since he was able to get a policy for a low monthly rate. The person i have to give all credit to is Liza C. - No frills, straight shooter, to the point, gave me options and didn't rush anything. if I'm gonna fork over money every month, I'm going to want everything on paper. She was great at showing my options (good or bad) and made it clear what terms I was signing up for. I feel bad for asking so many questions! I hate shopping insurance companies. I hate waiting in lines. I hate high rates and hidden verbiage. She made my transaction relatively quick, was fast to assist and broke EVERYTHING down. This is the worst company for customer service. I called the main office cause someone hit me and they go thru this comp. I got no support and was put on hold for about an hour waiting to speak to a supervisor. They could not pull up this clients information by giving their clients policy # and said they could only by the clients drivers license #. I explained the lady who hit me spoke Spanish and I couldn't get all the details, just the company, policy #, name and License plate number. I can't believe I got no assistance and was treated with so much disrespect when we pay so much money for insurance! Please stay away from this company!! this place sucks, they train them to take extra money from you with a bunch of down payments if you switch from provider. Their agent Susana cost me a ding in my credit report when she told me not to worry about a bill being sent from Western General after she had switched me from the insurance carrier. i kept telling her that they were threatening me with sending me to collections, and she said that they couldnt. i cant believe i was gullible enough to believe freeway trained people properly. dont ever sign with these scam artists... read more

Really bad place .i was charged 350 a month with 1000 down Payment for my 2014 lancer evolution and 2008 Lexus IS . Called the insurance company just to confirm and they told me they are only asking for 400 down payment with 250 a month. I was so mad that I just switched to geico but there cancellation process was just a massive headache. I gave them not 1 but 3 chances to fix their mistake and they fucked it all up every time. Geico charged me only 230 a month with 0 down payment. Big difference in my pocket with a better customer service.My advise to people Who really wants to use this place is to get a different quote from different places before deciding to go with this place or freeway insurance read more

Okay so the folks at Hacienda Drive have no idea on what they're doing. It's mostly the girls I have problem with; they need to improve their attitude. I keep seeing different "managers" and agents every month. When I come in, and try to continue any process the agent I talk to has no idea what I'm talking about because it's not the same agent. Here's what's going on: I bought a new car, got new insurance, set up automatic payments. Well for the past three months I've been getting notices that my payments are not going through. It is because the automatic payment option wasn't set up correctly. I've gone to the office multiple multiple times, heard the agents giggle, and talk on the phone about their personal life, all while waiting to be helped. Turns out they still want to charge me an additional charge to make my payment because the automatic payment option wasn't set up correctly! Who's fault was it that the automatic withdrawal payment option wasn't set up correctly? It was their fault not mine, I don't see why they have to charge me. Left the office without my problem being solved. Had to create an account online with the insurance company and go from there. Total waste of time. Oh yea the girl who was "helping" me rolled her eyes too. Secondly, once I bought insurance for my car, they forgot to contact the bank with proof of my insurance...how do I know they forgot? When my bank sent me a letter a month later that I wasn't complying with the requirements of the loan because they had no proof of insurance and the bank had not been added as a lienholder. They were supposed to have faxed this to them, I had specified my cars weren't owned. Had to go back, and call the bank while talking to them because I couldn't trust them doing it themselves. Took two more hours to get through this. read more

Branch manager who assisted me Elchin Fatemi had a complete lack of knowledge on basic insurance paperwork! She could not provide a clear answer as to why she could not assist with my request. DO NOT buy a policy here! They will sell you a policy then not care about any of your other insurance needs. Don't come here unless you want to spend almost all your day waiting or trying to get coverage! This is the worst place I've ever been to. You have a person trying to work on your policy and they start taking other phone calls and work on other peoples policy's. No sense of customer service. If they know they get busy then they need to have more staff. I shouldn't have to wait for them to finish their phone calls to finish working on my policy. Absolutely ridiculous. I signed up with Pedro Mendoza who assured me he would be able help if I had questions. When my policy was threatened to be cancelled because he did not set up the auto payments, he would not return my calls. I had questions about what had been paid but no one in the agency could explain. I was with a competitor for over 15 years but switched to Freeway to same $$$. I'm going back. If you like crooks, go ahead and sign up. There is no customer service. The receptionist screen and ignore calls. WTH kind of business is that? The folks here are the worst.
