Worst business I've ever wasted money on. My girlfriend went here to buy me a remote start, she paid over $200 more then she could've paid online for an Avital remote start/alarm system. The merchant told her she "could return it if it wasn't the right one or if there were any problems." I immediately went to return it after seeing the price comparison. The merchant told me "all sales are final", after 30 minutes of pleading my case and offering to get my HID headlights installed there the following week, he agreed to give a refund. I bought a set of good quality HID's headlights, we agreed on an install price of $75. Then I waited 30 minutes for them to come out and tell me due to the model of my car it would cost an additional $50. So they installed them for $125. (typical shady mechanic move) A few months later my lights would flicker or only one would turn on...I had to turn them on and off, and they would eventually work....I dealt with this for months until they finally just stopped working. I took the car back, he spent an hour looking for the problem and told me it was a bad relay and it cost $75, I said, whatever get it done because I need headlights. When I got home I started to hear a buzzing noise coming from the headlight. The relay he installed was buzzing loud enough to hear while driving. It also wasn't mounted/secured to anything, just hanging by the wires. I did some research and found it needed a capacitor installed. I then popped the hood again and looked thru US1's wiring job, aside from the relay they "fixed" just hanging there/not mounted while buzzing away, some of my plastic engine panels had missing screws from their install and another wire was being pinched. Upon further inspection I realized the HID kit I purchased CAME with capacitors (after i had already ordered one to fix the problem) So, US1 didn't even install the capacitors the HID kit came with, they must of kept them or trashed them...installing them would've stopped the buzzing and light flickering all together. DO NOT GO HERE.

Instead, there are buttons on the steering wheel. After 8 months I never got used to the buttons, especially on a traffic circle. I found aftermarket stalks and bought them. Turns out the steering wheel and airbag have to be removed to do the installation and I was not up to that with either skills or tools. I worked for hours to find someone to install them. Tesla would not and most places would not touch the job or if they did wanted a fortune to do the work. Marc was great in explaining everything and setting me up with an appointment. The place has a great vibe. They set me up with WiFi and the music they play is great. I highly recommend Imagine Audio as my go-to place for anything involving the dashboard.

I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). Scheduling with them was very easy, brought car in at 9am and received a text at 11:30am that it was ready. Paid and was on my way. Extremely professional and great people work here from the owner on down. I highly recommend this business.

Unbelievable. This is not only the best experience that I've ever had at a car audio business, this…read moreis the best customer service experience I've had, period. I had a laundry list of problems when I went to High End Vine, including being quoted amounts way over what they themselves set as prices when I called their NJ location (basically only lowering stuff from 150-200% to their normal price if I questioned it), having them lie about why this was with nonsensical answers that weren't even well though-out. High End's customer service was terrible, a bunch of games (it's absurd how shady these got) to lock me in there and then keep charging more, not to mention how many things they messed up or dropped the ball on. It was a circus and incredibly stressful. At Philly Car Toyz, who I went to after pulling work from High End, I felt like I could finally relax. They're all AMAZING people. Genuine, decent, fair and the most important part: incredibly knowledgable. I can't stress that last part enough, though all of it was beyond what I've ever experienced, even at the best businesses I've patronized...I mean they bought me lunch while I was waiting ffs. But even though the lunch thing was consistent with how they treated me with everything else, and customer regard is very important, lunch is not why someone is reading this review. The big question is price and expertise. They charged me less than HALF of what High End was going to (and I know High End's charges would've undoubtedly gone up as the job progressed). Everything about the sincerity and decency of Philly Car Toyz would have been enough for me, even if they had average technicians. However, their main technician Mike is insanely knowledgable, practical and has the customer's satisfaction front and center. He puts everyone else's knowledge that I've met in car audio to shame (though his expertise spans so many areas other than audio, and that's what you want). Not to mention he's willing to go above and beyond in terms of the actual workload. From now on, for anything I need related to non-essential car services, I will be going no where else and will recommend them to anyone I can. Even if I didn't have such a terrible experience somewhere else first, I'd still be blown away. Go here, seriously.

They took care the the problem and the technician did a great job at last in removing the old alarm and remote start and install a new system. Good work, and I am thankful because I have put a lot of repair money into my 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyage mini van. Five stars...
