They gave me a reasonable quote, the team showed up at the appointed time and expertly and efficiently loaded and unloaded the truck. The movers were friendly and patient. Today I had a sofa delivered to my apartmen. Dealing with the management setting up the move was seem less and the quote was reasonable. I requested the two guys who moved me before. The manager made sure they were available. So glad they were. Goran and his team were efficient, friendly, pleasant, charming and on time! So glad I discovered Perfect Moving. I highly recommend them.

Our reservation window was from 9-10 am for movers to show. At 9:59 am I called, spoke to Wendy. She advised movers were on their way and GPS says they "should be there by 11 am". At 10:45 am a manager called us to inform us the driver got into an accident and would not be coming. Also, the representative was going to charge me upfront for the upcoming month, if I didn't stop him to let him know I have time to pay for the next month he would've charged me for next month. Not only I have to pay an unlawful late fee (btw it's not anywhere written or stated but it' also wrongful charge the late fee going strictly against NYS laws for late fees).
