The facility itself is well maintained and looks absolutely amazing. The units come from various sizes as small as a 5 x 5 and as big I believe as a 10 x 10. He walked us through the entire building structure so we can find the perfect unit for us. We found the perfect unit thanks to his help and checkout was very easy. He explained the process of what's going to happen with the rent. He explained that they do not control the prices it's corporate so the price could go up at a certain points, but the starting point won't go up. It was very helpful as other facilities won't tell you all of those details. He explained everything and was 100% crystal clear on all information regarding the complex, entry, and exit times, and the price structure of what's going to happen. I would highly recommend coming to these units to store as everything about the complex so far has been amazing.

The lady Irma called the manager and he told her until I pay the fee for this month which by the way is only 4 days late, That he can't give me the code and mind you I should have gotten the code once I paid my account up last month. My bill is due on the first and today is the 6th and the manager told me he won't give me my code until unit paid after I was told I have up until today to be able to access the uni from Irma. The manager also stated he's going up on rent and it's only been 2 months that I have been there like that's insane and just a greedy ASS MAN!! I will not be coming back to them once I get my stuff out!! Don't GO HERE!!!&8

    Originally I gave this company a 1-star review. I am updating my review as the company's management…read moreultimately took care of me. It is important to note that national level moving companies will subcontract with smaller local companies to pick up your goods. I was cheated on space by the local company, "A.E.Movers" to the tune of about 225sq/ft or about $1,500. At first, I did receive difficulty with customer service but in retrospect, this is partially my fault. The best advice I can give anyone working with a moving company is "IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH ANY PHASE OF THE MOVE, STOP AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT ASSUME YOU CAN FOLLOW UP AFTER THE LOCAL COMPANY HAS LEFT." That was my mistake. If I had called customer service while the local company was still on site, I could have negotiated the situation better and not fallen into the trap that the local company set. Ultimately, Always Moving not only refunded me a fair amount of the overcharge, but they also terminated their agreement with A.E.Movers ensuring that this situation will not occur with future customers. The final delivery of my good was smooth and friendly... and everything arrived in good condition. Nobody wants to deal with the headaches I had... but ultimately, the moving company did stand behind their name and treat me right.

They gave me a reasonable quote, the team showed up at the appointed time and expertly and efficiently loaded and unloaded the truck. The movers were friendly and patient. Today I had a sofa delivered to my apartmen. Dealing with the management setting up the move was seem less and the quote was reasonable. I requested the two guys who moved me before. The manager made sure they were available. So glad they were. Goran and his team were efficient, friendly, pleasant, charming and on time! So glad I discovered Perfect Moving. I highly recommend them.

Today I moved without the help of SML....Though we paid and hired 3 movers they were a NO SHOW!!!! Like moving isnt stressful enough, today my worst nightmare came true. Our reservation window was from 9-10 am for movers to show. At 9:59 am I called, spoke to Wendy. She advised movers were on their way and GPS says they "should be there by 11 am". At 10:45 am a manager called us to inform us the driver got into an accident and would not be coming. Our answer from them was, oh maybe someone could be there from 3-5 (another empty promise window). Last words from SML "Good Luck on your Move"...wow!!!! Thanks...wouldn't need luck if your company didn't suck!

We had to reschedule with a new property which Chris was able to work with me . Thankfully The guys arrived on time and was professional and courteous to me and my wife .     I can't believe I have to write this review, but I figured it was fair to warn everyone who's…read morelooking to use Movage for a long distance move. (We moved from NJ to CA.) (tldr: lack of communication, damaged boxes and furniture upon arrival, poor quality of service) In the beginning, Jeff was very attentive and made us feel like "Yes! This is the quality of service we're looking for in a company!" and the quoted price was great. He told us everything we needed to know about our move and we were excited to move forward. (Disclaimer: Low price is because they have other moves on the same truck as yours. We figured it wouldn't be a problem... it was.) But once we had our stuff loaded on to the truck, that's when it went all downhill. First things first, the pick-up movers told us how much we should be tipping them (they said they wanted 20%), which was extremely unprofessional. I don't mind if they had just mentioned that tips are appreciated, but to have the balls to flat out tell me you want 20%? Really? I didn't hear from Jeff for about a week after our initial pick-up, and when he did respond, all he could tell me was that our stuff was still waiting to be put onto the truck and our 6 day delivery window remained the same. He told me he would update with information when he had some. I asked him if it was possible to get a tighter delivery window once the truck was in transit and he informed me that once we got closer to the delivery window he'd have a better estimate of when our stuff should be arriving. (At this point, we were 9 days from the first day of our delivery window and 7 days since pick-up.) Another week goes by without any correspondence from Jeff. I'm starting to get a little anxious because it's 2 days from the first day of our delivery window and we have no idea where our stuff is. So I contact him again asking if he had an update. The first day of the delivery window is pushed back a day. Still very vague. I ask again if he could provided a tighter delivery window since we're working people and need to make arrangements to receive this move if it does come on a work day. He said he'll try his best. So now it's the first day of the delivery window! Hurray! But silence on Jeff's end. At this point, we figured he'd have some sort of idea where the truck is and have an idea of when the truck should be arriving to us. I email Jeff and no response. I get that it's a Saturday, but if client is paying thousands of dollars to use your services, just a quick acknowledgement would be appreciated. We get a call later that day from the driver saying he's in the area and will delivery the following day or the next, depending on the other deliveries. Okay, great! But why wasn't Jeff able to provide that information to us? The driver told us that they're not actually a part of Movage and they're hired to do jobs within Movage (which was one of the first questions I asked because I wanted to make sure that the move wasn't being contracted out to third parties), so the drivers themselves weren't even in touch with Movage at all. And then our stuff finally arrives... boxes were damaged, wet, opened, our couch was soaked on one side... I'll let the pictures do the talking. The response we get after we express our extreme disappointment is just a very textbook: "I apologize for any inconvenience. This is not the typical feed back we receive from our customers. I will help you as much as possible as I have tried to do from the first time we spoke. I will attach a claims form to this email. Please fill it out at your earliest convenience so we can start a claim process for you. Thank you." If you're looking to do a long distance move, go with Mayflower. We deeply regret not choosing to go with them in the first place.
