We love our old house and wanted to preserve its charm as much as we could. Bruce was knowledgeable, respectful of our house, offered us multiple options so we are comfortable with the work. Bruce was the only one who found the tile that works. Raul took the plan to perfection. The tile work and grout repair work were seamless. He made sure that everything was leak-free and looked great. Even his demolition was quiet -- I had a remote meeting in the room across the hall and the demo noise did not interfere. He also cleaned up after their work very well. This review is being posted three months after the job was done so that I could give an honest assessment after the sugar high has passed and also as to how the work would hold up. First, the work looked great when they finished. My 20 + year old marble shower looked better than when it was new. These guys know marble. Some minor issues in grouting developed since then. They quickly returned to repair. Will knows his stuff and is a just a pleasure to have in your house. I got 3 estimates, and picked the guy in the middle - because Victor just gave me a great vibe - quietly competent and proud of his work. My wife was extremely concerned with dust and overspray - we have brand new custom engineered wood floors all around the kitchen, and srtwork on the walls. On the day, Victor and his assistant showed up on time, then spent almost 2 hours protecting everything. I asked if he could give us a honed finish instead of the polished look - no problem! In the end, his work was BEAUTIFUL - it's like a new kitchen - he was impeccable and meticulous, and treated my house, my wife and even my dogs with respect!
