Came in here recently for a smog, and they are very quick and friendly. We pulled in on a Thursday afternoon, and there was no line. We were greeted very quickly, and the lady checked us in. We sat outside and waited about 10 minutes, and it was done. We went inside to pay and I remember that I had a yelp offer the last time I came to do a smog. I've been coming here since 2003 when they opened. I have referred my family and friends to this place all the time. Unfortunately I just took my parents car to get smogged and Nicole Eiseman in the front is really rude, unprofessional, and lacks paying attention to detail. Not sure if she didn't have her coffee this Saturday morning or if she is normally passive aggressive to customers. However its unfortunate I started my weekend with her attitude, however my suggestion is Nicole should work at the DMV with the grumpy people have worked there for 30+ years but hate their job and people but still have to work.
