During installation, it was noted that the dryer vents were completely clogged--the pervious owners never cleaned the vents apparently and this was a major fire hazard. Within an hour of calling Rob, he was at our door and got our vents cleaned quickly. We then had Rob come a week later to clean all of our air ducts. He was here for several hours--I know it was a tough job because the air ducts were never cleaned as well. Rob was professional, friendly, and polite the whole time. Could not recommend more!!
