Finally, I made the time to get it cleaned. Making an appointment was simple. They use an online booking system and provide you an estimate of how long it will take. My car took about 3.5 hours. === This is MAGIC! Why didn't I come here sooner??? ===…read more Damn, this place is AMAZING. I've been to Detail Plus and driven through here but never tried it out. After two gas station car washes were closed, I came here out of desperation. Why. Haven't. I. Come. Here. Sooner??? It's weird to say this but this has probably been the service I've most wanted to Yelp in years because it's that good. + It looks intimidating but it's not. There's a clear sign posted near the payment kiosk in each bay that walks you through each step with infographics. Basically, you turn the dial on the payment kiosk to each function in the order listed and it turns on that function (high pressure soap, foam brush, high pressure rinse, low pressure wax, rinse again, dry). You do that step, check the infographic, switch the dial, and do the next step. + They have a card reader at EACH payment kiosk. Works like a charm. + They have a clear timer that shows the number of minutes you have left so you can check at any time and regulate how fast you're going. The timer sounds an ongoing chime at 60 seconds to let you know you need to hustle. + Pressure is outstanding. Honestly, I thought this made washing the car hella fun. (Never thought I would say this.) + Everything just works! The setup is super efficient and each piece of equipment worked without fail. Not sure why I ever paid up to $16 for car washes at gas stations. Also, given that we have two EV's, will be visiting Rainbow much more regularly. There's something to be said for sh*t that just works and works well. Note: I arrived at 7:55 am on a Thursday in March, and there were 4 bays open. No wait! I paid for $12 worth of time because I was nervous but I think I could have gotten the job done (minus dry) in less time.

But they treated my car with the same level of care and attention as every other vehicle. I got both a wash and detailing, and the results exceeded my expectations. The biggest surprise was that they managed to remove all the stubborn micro glitter from my trunk--something I thought I'd be finding forever! My car looked spotless inside and out, and the attention to detail really stood out. Great service, excellent work, and they clearly take pride in what they do no matter what you drive. Highly recommend!

A few days prior to my "Holy" appointment, I finally had fixed my engine oil leak (through a different vendor in San Bruno) for my '99 Mazda Miata and I wanted to make sure my engine bay was not only clean and smooth as a baby's bottom, but that I could eat off it (kidding!) at a moment's notice. The staff assured me that a light power wash with a steam clean would not affect any internal engine components --and they were correct. Recommend Holy Moly highly, a near-religious experience. This shop offers other services as well (like headlight restoration), I'll just have to find an excuse to visit them again.

I needed help right away so I proceeded to log on to Yelp, Zalkar was the quickest to respond and was able to show up the next day, first thing in the morning at 9am. Zalkar worked incredibly thoroughly until 2pm and brought someone to help, a trainee in his new growing business. Judging by the reviews it seems this business is still uprising - I definitely recommend them as they still did a great job and ensured quality and efficiency. A car detailing service is definitely not something to be rushed. I really appreciate Zalkar's reliability in being available as soon as he is needed. I was also quoted a rate that is very reasonable and did not break the bank, either way I still tipped generously because I was impressed with the service provided. Please give this business a chance and leave a review!! You will not regret it!! Thank you Zalkar.

When I arrived, the vacuum area was incredibly busy, but the manager was doing an amazing job actively directing traffic and navigating the lines smoothly. On top of that, their attention to detail is unmatched. The manager was carefully inspecting the cars as they came out of the wash, noticed that the machine had completely missed a spot on the back of my car, and immediately offered to send me through for a second run completely free of charge. You don't always get that level of care and proactive customer service at a car wash. I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the vacuum area. The suction was very weak, and of the vacuums in the area where I parked, 3-4 weren't working at all. Since I specifically wanted to clean out the inside of my car after the wash, this was pretty disappointing. One thing to note if it's your first time here: the entrance is on San Carlos Street, which is easy to miss if you're approaching from another direction. The wash itself was fine for the price, but if having a good vacuum is important to you, I'd keep this in mind.

Despite several cars being in front of me, Rafa texted me that my car was done at 11:05 AM. I was very thoroughly impressed by the condition of my car when I picked it up. I was worried that by paying $80 compared to $200 or $250 that it would show in the results, but the staff at PHCW did an amazing job.
