After calling several companies for estimates and advice, we chose HighLine, and we could not be happier with that decision. From the very first conversation, David stood out. His communication was prompt, thorough, and professional. He took the time to explain what likely caused the damage, outlined the potential solutions, and provided a fair and reasonable quote. Compared to others we spoke with, his expertise and customer service were exceptional. Because our vehicles needed to be scheduled on different days, David was flexible and accommodating, making the process incredibly easy for us. He arrived on time for both appointments and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Most importantly, the quality of the work is outstanding. The damage is completely gone, and both vehicles look fantastic. You would never know anything had happened. We are beyond pleased with the results and grateful for the level of care and professionalism David provided from start to finish. If you're looking for a company that delivers excellent workmanship, honest communication, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend HighLine. Thank you, David, for making a frustrating situation completely stress-free.

A bit of a smell that was just always there no matter what I did. The list goes on. I asked to have the interior of the car completely detailed. A little time on the outside if they could but it was the inside that really needed lots and lots of attention. I'm so sad I didn't think to take any pictures right away of the "after" so I could post them on the review, but the tech did an AMAZING job. I was practically speechless when I saw it. It almost felt cleaner than when I got it brand new. The price was so very reasonable. I think I'll probably get it done once a year as a birthday present to myself now. And as a nice bonus, my oldest child (who was also amazed by how clean the inside was after the detailing) has been just as dedicated as I am to keeping it picked up inside. Hopefully she helps me keep it up for at least a couple months.

I wanted to surprise here with a deep clean. When I dropped off the car, it was a mess. The seats looked stained, there was dust and dirt, the cup holder was sticky (with a couple of coins melded into the tray). It FELT dirty getting into it. I dropped off the car with one of the staff named Silverio. He took a look, gave me a great quote, and let me know I could come back in a few hours. When I arrived to pick up the car, I did a double take. It looked familiar, but the interior looked BRAND NEW. I genuinely don't know how he did it. He event cleaned under the trunk, where the spare tire is kept. When I surprised my mom, she was also in shock. The car now feels clean and comfortable, and there wasn't a huge chemical small. Looking back, they could have charged way more for that quality of work. 10/10 would recommend.
