    This is the worst post office I have ever been to. The lines are always long due to the fact they only have one person helping and She's rude and unfriendly. I get it your job sucks, but if you don't like people then customer service isn't the right job for you. I'm sending an item with Poshmark and never had to pay for any shipping material. First time ever in 2 years of selling with them that I've been told I need to pay for an envelope. She's wrong so I went to my car grabbed an envelope only to be put right back in line. I've been here now 30 mins. And still only one person behind the counter helping.

    Oh and as you can see it took my dad 15 minutes to deal with these people

    Where to start with my review ..... well first off it sucks that this is the only location in this small city . So you are forced to use this location . I'm probably going to go to different locations after this experience. In the past this location has lost and send important letters ( once it was my passport) to a different address. They stole a check from my dad and committed fraud . Want to charge for stamps you already paid for . Give you an attitude if you ask for help , don't assist in packing items and lastly want to charge for using there tape ( no lie it's happened) . Even after all these experiences I still come to this location . I swear there is something wrong with me for giving this place a chance . Anyways , I sell vintage items and makeup in different platforms for a while ( almost a year ) and I decided send all my items in this location . At the beginning there was a few hiccups and after that was smooth sailing . But today that changed . Me or my dad usually go and drop off the packages and today I had things to do . So I send my dad to do me that favor . A few mins later he calls me and tells me that the post office worker gave him an attitude and told him that the fragile stickers added on packages are a $14 additional fee. Ok cool but the way that he told this my dad was not cool at all . I told him that it was bs because for 2 months I been putting this sticker on my packages and with no issues . And now all of a sudden they decided that they want to charge oh wow . Now here is the reason why I'm heated . When he went back ( after taking the stickers off ) they all ( the post office workers that are in the registers ) started attacking him telling him that those stickers aren't free and all telling him this with a straight up attitude. Oh and after that exchange he asked the post office clerk if he could help him write fragile on the package and the post office clerk just gave him a pen and made him write it ! Really you can help him ?! Wow !!! Nope ! That is unacceptable . He came back home annoyed and just letting me know what happened . I'm so mad that they did this to my dad and treated him that way . And also how they still service people with that nasty attitude ???? If they hate the job they have they should leave it . I swear every time I go I see them with a face like they hate the job they do . Please don't let this happen to you . This will be my last time sending anything in this location . I will have to go to the Carson location or Long Beach because this location is horrible.

    I usually come to this post office when I'm in this area. The post office is very small. Parking lot is as well. I don't like the one way in and one way out parking lot. Basically you enter from Avalon. But can't exit on Avalon. You must go out back way and exit thru alley to another street. That street leads back to Avalon or east of avalon. I came today to ship a package. I had the item that needed shipping in my hand, my own packaging tape, newspaper for the inside of box, and inky pen. All I needed was free priority mail packaging for shipping priority mail. But I didn't want to ship flat rate box since those boxes are either to big (medium flat rate) or too small (small flat rate). I looked around the retail lobby and only saw flat rate packaging available and their priced packaging next to it. The line was long and I didn't want to interrupt a clerk to ask about packaging. So I politely stood in line to ascertain if they had additional packaging n back. When I made it to a clerk, she told me that they don't carry anything but the packaging behind me. They didn't even have the flat rate padded pouch. This is a post office. They should have some regular priority mail boxes for customers. But she had the priority mailing label that I wanted. I'm wondering y they don't put the priority mail labels out front with other free and paid packaging supplies instead of behind the retail window. After all, all priority mail pkg is free. I had to grab a medium flat rate box and modify it to a very small box, by cutting away 2/3 of it. The price to ship the box was lower than that of a medium flat rate box. Bottom line, there is nothing special about this post office except they don't have any regular priority mail packaging.

    One of my favorite post offices (I ship stuff all the time) I have been to because the wait is never long and I can be in and out quickly.

    Went to the post office closest to my job for convenience. Went to mail letters for my mail club,…read moreand a package! I went around 4pm and it was completely empty, I'm guessing because they were closing at 5pm. This post office was kind of small. The clerk was very nice, the older gentleman ahead of me TALKED HER EAR OFF, but she was calm, engaged him, and didn't brush him off or rush him away. Great customer service! I would definitely go back.

The female worker who I thought was at window 1 was standing while she was taping something up and was on her cell phone. The male worker was sitting at what I was thought was window 3 and he was just smiling at me. The female worker kept saying something and I thought she was talking to whoever she was talking to on her cell phone but she was talking to me. She said 'ma'am, you need to go to the front of the line, he's not going to call you'. I thought I was in front of the line. Apparently I wasn't. Nothing indicated where the front of the line was. It's just a carpet and a tall slim table. Mind you, I'm the only customer in there lol You can't flag me down? Say 'ma'am, he can help you'. Then when I get to his window, there's no greeting. No good afternoon, no hello, nothing. He just looked at me and I just rudely laughed and said 'I just need stamps on these please'. I usually love to engage in small talk but not here. 0/10. I am not a complainer at all and usually just chalk it up with rude people but I am about ready to write a letter to usps to let them know how rude and unprofessional some of their employees are and to let them know of this incident. But where will this get me? Probably nowhere with some free stamps. Any advice would be great. Thanks Yelp fam.

    Love that this location is open on Sundays!…read more It's not easy to find a FedEx/UPS that's open on Sunday, but this one was and it was next to the location I needed to drop off the printed items for. I used the self service where I email printandgo@fedex and then use the machine for printing. This works fairly well. Color pages are about $0.18/page with black and white ones a little cheaper. It's easy enough for self-service. If you're looking for printing on the go and it is definitely helpful that they are open on Sundays!

From the start, the employee was completely unengaged and offered bare minimum assistance. I selected a heavier stock paper, yet he never brought it over or followed through on it. When I approached him again, he acted as though he had no recollection of our earlier interaction. The most frustrating part was that I was never informed there would be an additional charge for the heavier paper until after I had already printed. This was especially disappointing because I had called earlier to confirm pricing and was explicitly told that the color print cost would be the same and that the type of paper made no difference. Any reputable business discloses extra costs upfront so customers can make an informed decision. When I pointed this out and suggested that customers should be informed of price differences in advance, his response was dismissive and indifferent. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, it's clear that customer service and transparency are not priorities for this business.
