My passport is about to expire in a couple of weeks and Nancy helped walk me thru the application for renewal and informed me that the photos taken by the UPS Store and CVS did not actually comply with passport guidelines. She took the initiative of re-taking my passport photos on the spot and guided me thru what would be accepted by the government. Really made my day that she went above and beyond to solve a problem that UPS and CVS didn't care to look into. Nancy, then, helped me compile the envelope for mailing everything needed to the State Dept to renew my passport so that I wouldn't make a clerical mistake. Thank you kindly Nancy!

During this time, I was assisted by an employee named Lorranne. She spoke to me in a rude and commanding tone, which made me feel very uncomfortable. What upset me the most was that she asked me if I speak English in a way that felt racially insensitive. We had barely spoken, so I do not understand why she made that assumption. I do speak English, and I also speak another language. In addition, when I needed help filling out a form, Lorranne did not assist me. Instead, I was told to go back and wait in line again, which added to my frustration. I found this experience disrespectful and unprofessional. I believe all customers should be treated with respect and given proper assistance. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed.

I was shipping a laptop via USPS--I planned on getting the tape and packing it at home. The owner asked if I only needed the tape to ship the laptop, which I happened to have on me that day. I said yes, and he went to a storage room to find a box that would fit my computer, then packed IT FOR ME, and told me that there was no need for me to buy the tape. I offered to give him money for helping me out, but he declined and said it was no problem. He even told me that for the weight of the item, it would be cheaper to go down the street and ship it at the post office. The owner's a quality person. This kind of customer service is hard to come by, so definitely go if you need to ship, copy, or fax something.
