I had to send a package to Boston, so I stopped by around 11 AM on a weekday. The store was almost empty -- probably not as busy as the other USPS nearby -- good for me because there was zero wait time. The place is small but has all the usual services, including passports. I spoke with the staff member for a couple of minutes, and he seemed very friendly and helpful. They also have a locker facility, and there's plenty of parking. He was the only staff member serving all the customers.It was a very busy time of the day and a long line had formed. This very capable postal employee made every customer feel welcome, he carried out each request in a very timely manner, and made sure to politely help each customer through what they needed.
