When I presented my ticket to pick up the items I was told that they couldn't find my items. Their system showed/confirmed that my items had not been picked up. I asked them to call me when they figured it out. The following week I went back, this time the new owner told me that she still wasn't sure what happened. In my third attempt (3rd week) I was told that employees sometimes forget to input items that were already picked up and that I had already picked up my items. The new ownership absolutely would not take ownership of the loss and told me I already had the items, yes they blamed me even though their system indicated it wasn't picked up. They claimed that sometimes employees forget to input it into the system but that I had actually already received the items. I asked the obvious question, then how do you I picked them up??? It wasn't that they lost my items that bothered me, it was the indignant attitude towards me despite their obvious mistake. I've been an airline pilot for 27 years and have always taken my uniforms to the cleaners. Never have I been treated this way! Do not use this service, they do not understand customer service! I'm strongly suggesting they are terrible at running this business and you should stay away!
