E.D. advised me on how to get reimbursed by Nordstrom since initially I was told at the store that there was nothing they could do. When I address this to the man who is getting my ticket he gives me and attitude saying we are busy, and that they don't have time give phone calls. What kind of service is this and on top that they charge me $20 So basically I spent 20 dollars for a dress that was suppose to be ready in 4 hours and it was done in 10 minutes.
