I would give it NO stars if I could however that isn't possible. Anyway I have used this cleaners…read morefor about 5 years now. Recently I have noticed new people working there. I took a new shirt to be cleaned there when I mean new I mean my husband wore it for 2 hours. Anyway when I dropped it off I told the man that under the arms needed a little cleaning because of deodorant. So I picked up the shirt today and when I got home and took it out of the plastic there were white stains on the front and back and it actually looked worn and just pressed dirty. The shirt was a new shirt from Burberry which cost $180. I took the shirt back and expressed that the shirt was new and now it had stains all over it. He at first said he would clean it again and so I was okay with that. Then as Im pulling out of the parking lot he comes out to get me. I go inside and he says to me this shirt isn't new there are stains under the arms. I said yes when I dropped it off I told you that he says to me "YOU ARE A LIAR" I said "WHATt" he said you said it was new that you took the tags off and bought it here I said NO I never said I took the tags off and bought it here I said it was new my husband wore it for 2 hours so to me its new he said again YOU ARE A LIAR. I starting yelling at him for putting words in my mouth. He just kept calling me a liar then he said he didn't want to deal with a liar and would not clean the shirt. He took it off the hanger and handed it to me calling me a liar. Unreal I still can't believe this happened to me today!! So for all considering this cleaners think twice for one they don't clean properly and for 2 they stain your clothes and try to put the blame on the customer!! To many cleaners out there to deal with crooks!!

I was relying on this service and will not be coming back unless this situation is remedied. I had previous issues with a thrifted suit that had a stain and was not properly cleaned but I attributed the lack of cleaning to the delicate nature of the fabric. However, clearly the company just does not provide the quality of dry-cleaning that I am looking for. On another note, I have utilized their alterations service before and have not had any issues. Clearly their strengths lie in alterations and not proper cleanliness.
