The attitude was completely uncalled for -- yelling at people who have supported your business is a guaranteed way to lose them.

I had a fair amount of shirts (13) and a suit so I was totally getting that they needed 5 days to turn it around, albeit I had much faster service in some other places I used to go in the city. When I picked up the shirts they were fine until I noticed on several of my shirts they actually stapled the tags onto the actual shirt labels. Seriously I've never seen anything like this in any of the other dry cleaners I went to. I've seen them staple around the label or button holes on the tag itself but never on the actual label of the shirt. That's either some serious brain dead shit or some serious careless shit. God awful practice. Anyway I'm never coming back. I should have listened to my own gut and noticed why there wasn't much of a rack of dry cleaning in there. I guess the folks in the area know better than to read old questionable reviews and opt to do their cleaning elsewhere.

In addition, my son left his credit card in the pocket of his jeans. We were immediately notified of it and it was returned with the clothes. Would highly recommend. We were in a pinch-- on a road trip with 2 teenagers, an extra large load of laundry, and needed it done on a Sunday. We reached out to 3 companies, and Abby was the only one who was able to do it. The second company supposedly only did "doorman" buildings, and the third never responded. Abby filled the niche in the market, and we hope her business thrives. Use her!

Every other week price would go up without mentioning it first would just add it to invoice when questioned it's because she's a single mom. I empathized. The fact that she left my wet clothes in bags on my patio was beyond ridiculous I would have told her not to wash the mat. She should be ashamed for treating clients belongings like that. Regardless of prior praise constant raising rates without telling the client prior to invoicing lack of communication which is vital to customer service period only reason I got any discounts was because I supplied my own laundry products. Any other real professional would have finished the job received payment and concluded doing business with the client. Not throwing their wet clothes unfinished on their patio. I called and the manager told me that a few pounds isnt a big deal and i have to trust them and accept it. - i asked that only my 5xl shirts be hang dry but my wife's shirts didnt need to be. I had 5 shirts but in the end they charged me for 12 shirts because they did mine and hers hang dry. When i mentioned it again they said it is not their job to pay attention to the details and i should be thankful that they washed and folded my clothes. - $2lb is the most expensive place locally but this had good reviews so i thought it would be worth it but it was mediocre service. Overall it was nice having someone do my wash and folded but not with the overcharging and underwhelming service. I will be looking elsewhere.
