Her coworker Parker (also not a local) then chimed in and wouldn't stop until he told me to leave a review about their great customer service & I said I will once he gave me his name. I had to ask for it 3 times & then he finally quit his comments. When this location originally opened it was nice & helpful. Now, if rather drive to Hilo or Kona to get packages mailed out & Amazon returned. They clearly have something against Hawaiians & their entitled attitudes need to go!

I've had many issues with the mail lady refusing to deliver my packages and leaving the "sorry we've missed you" slip in my mail box even though I'm home 24/7. Pleas to redeliver have been ignored and I'm continually inconvenienced to have to travel to the post office to physically pick up my mail, often time sensitive business packages, which puts a strain on my day to day operations. It would be great if the mail lady could please deliver my packages professionally and correctly to my front door as instructed for I do not wish to inconvenience their work flow with official complaints to the post master and world rather us both be able to operate efficiently. They are a training ground and get workers transferred out frequently only to start training again. We have been doing business with them for 40 years, myself for 11. What these newcomers to the islands write is the frustration of impatience. They do not understand that just because your order may say delivered, that does not mean that the thousands of packages have been sorted out for a yellow slip of notification for pick up. The frustration is often the result of improperly addressed mail which is the fault of the customer and not the Post Office. They really do work hard and deserve to be recognized instead of vilified. You're better off dealing with the crowds in Kailua Kona. As soon as I have an address that can accept mail I'm leaving this place. One lady at the front is really nice which is the only reason it's higher than 1 star. Truly can't believe I have to pay for my packages to go missing or be sent back.
