The driver held the paperwork, but the passenger was apparently the one needing to be served. The passenger did not look like the right person. Anthony refused to answer my question, "Did you ask the passenger if he was "John Smith"? And IF the passenger was "John Smith", then why was the driver served? After all of this, Anthony did not file the proof of service with the appropriate court as he said he would (and he had the instructions to do this). Costa charged a lot for a service that probably will not hold up in court.

See the E on those boxes on the floor, that's for express, we only take express packages here. You'll have to take that to the airport, that's the only place that will take ground shipments, so don't even try anywhere else. " she then proceeded to give me instructions to the fedex facility at the airport. I never did get more than halfway through the door. I was so shocked at the rude treatment I didn't even reply. I just left. Packed my box back to my car. So much for Aloha. Unbelievably rude and condescending. Not heeding her advice, I took the box to Office Max. They couldn't have been any nicer, and contrary to the Copy Post Plus witch, they were happy to take my shipment. Very nice people at Office Max.
