He explained things in a respectful manner. Savannah answered all of my emails and questions same day or first thing the next morning & I SO appreciated her warmth since I find these types of things stressful. They even recommended an online notary company so that the whole process was done from home. It was so much easier & more efficient than finding an attorney in person & driving to their office. It was a little pricey but then again, an in-person attorney may have charged just as much. I would use Hawaii Deed again in a heartbeat.

It had sent my request to a…read morehandful of companies, however Junk Authority Hawaii was something i was able to afford and their communication during the process was great! When Mark and Steven arrived, we informed them we couldn't fit the couch through the two doors (entrance door to complex and entrance door to our unit) because it was so close. We let them know we brought it in through the window. They first wanted to try fitting the couch through the two doors and let me tell you! They managed to get that couch out both doors like a piece of cake! (That's why they do what they do ) They were so quick, I personally couldn't believe what just happened, because I really thought the couch wasn't going to fit out those doors. To sum everything up, I HIGHLY recommend Junk Authority Hawaii for any furniture removal needs!! Thank you guys

I'm getting ready to sell this particular house. After the inspection water and mold was detected in one room which was not obvious to us and could not be seen by the naked eye. Called Mold Doctors, I had the pleasure of speaking with Robert. New to the island and to Mold Doctor. He was very helpful and understood our urgency to get someone out to look and to fix the problem. They met me the next day at the house. Quickly we came up with a plan and they were there the next day to start the work and finish up the following day. From start to finish the entire team were very professional, respected our home and were very thorough from the setup for fumigation to the clean up afterwards. So respectful that when they accidentally made a spot on my concrete driveway they made ever effort to clean it up which they did. They could have just let it but they didn't because they knew it was not the right thing to do. They left my property the same if not better. I sincerely appreciate that kind of attention to detail.
