Last month I finally left this establishment and should have done this much sooner. I am currently saving a significant amount of money by doing so at another facility. Savings of $140 a month, for the same size unit!!! Dina and Dave who live on this site are great. Dina is the regional manager and Kariss is the site manager. When I first moved in Kriss did her job, as she should. I rented the units but immediately she wanted me to leave a five star review. I did so but that was based on just the move in. During the time there I became increasingly frustrated with Khriss. Reasons why are numerous but the main thing was loss of money. My money!!! After giving written and verbal notice of departure, well in advance for that a specific unit I saw that she let the autopay charge for that empty unit go thru! Once again that was loss of my money!!! Khriss is a nice person but I feel that she definitely dropped the ball on something that was solely her responsibility! Dina did make sure that another overcharge was revoked. Like I said there are other numerous circumstances that cause me to give her this one star review. No brag just fact!

She's a Manteca local and took the time to compare pricing with Staples, Office Depot, and other printing options to see what she could realistically do for me. What impressed me most was how much she was handling at once. While helping me with my printing order, she was also taking care of other customers coming in with packages, boxes, shipping, and purchases, and she kept everything moving. You can tell she's a hardworking small-business owner who knows how to multitask. We even went back and forth on pricing. Obviously, a business can only discount so much and still make money, but she genuinely tried to work with me and get me the best deal she could instead of just giving me a price and sending me on my way. She was thorough, compared options, made calls, and explained everything. What I especially respect is that her business seems to be built heavily through word of mouth. Coming from another local business that also values referrals, I appreciate that a lot. When customers recommend you because of the work and service you provided, you have to keep earning that reputation every single time. It shows that she's willing to put in the work and let her customers' experiences speak for the business. As another local business owner, I respect that. She understands what it's like to run a business, make a profit, take care of customers, and still try to help the little guy and other local businesses when she can. The shop is a little tucked away, but once you find it, it's definitely worth stopping in and comparing their pricing with the bigger office and printing stores. Great service, hardworking owner, and I genuinely appreciated the effort she put into helping me with my order. From one word-of-mouth business to another, respect. I'll definitely keep Pak Mail in mind for future printing and shipping needs.

This place is the opposite it's warm and cozy vibes with the most adorable envelopes My favorite part about this place is the staff! There's a blonde girl that works there (I wish I knew her name) that's an absolute sweetheart and says hi every time I go in to drop off my packages! Now that's wonderful quality service not to mention because it's not very big there are not very many people so it can take about 5-10 minutes to be in and out now that's record breaking! After going to one in Stockton yesterday and this one today it made me appreciate and realize the staff, the establishment, the friendliness and overall happy experience!
