She told me she had no way of looking to see if they had the package, but then found it when I gave her my last name. Weird. Idk if she was having a bad day but she should not be answering the phone and dealing with customers if she doesn't know how to speak to people. So rude. I'm so thankful we chose not to open a P.O.
