It says the call if you have any complaints or you need a refund to call her number the manager which is the owner. But nobody gets any refunds. She doesn't want the customer to use the bathroom she thinks they'll tear it up but it's already torn up I wouldn't use that bathroom. It's pretty gross.

The bathroom was clean, WiFi was reasonable (check the change machine for the password), all machines worked with coins or DexterPay (with a small convenience fee), the temperature inside was comfortable, and outdoor seating is available as well. Everything felt clean and well cared for. Only one or two machines out of dozens were out of order. Last loads need to go in one hour before closing time. Some seating and electrical outlets are available for public use, which is a rare kindness these days. All in all, I'm very grateful I stopped by to wash and dry several sleeping bags and a whole lot of clothes!

The good is there were enough washing machines there, although one was posted as not working. The one next to it had an error code in the display, so we avoided it. The bad was the dryers were very slow to dry and ate more quarters than any other laundry we've visited. The bathroom there is locked and not available to customers. This is the first one we've used with no bathroom, that's a negative. The place was clean and we felt safe there.
