He uses way too much Windex while customers are in the laundromat trying to fold their clothes. He is spraying the Windex that gets into your face. It's hard to breathe. last night I showed up at 2 minutes before 8 had a small load to wash these machines only take 20 minutes. The place closes at 9 he kept telling me the place is closed.

The time before this time the owner was inserting herself too much and making way too many remarks in regards to how we do our laundry. Not only that but her daughter or helper purposely tried to hit my husband when opening the dryer door knowing he was right next to it. Today was very very busy almost every washer was being used and what really did it for me was the fact that there was actual POOP on the floor!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!

It says the call if you have any complaints or you need a refund to call her number the manager which is the owner. But nobody gets any refunds. She doesn't want the customer to use the bathroom she thinks they'll tear it up but it's already torn up I wouldn't use that bathroom. It's pretty gross.

The speed queen app and you upload your laundry money there and every $20 up add you get a free $5 added to your funds. So that's pretty cool.
