I called around for laundry services and thank goodness I got a hold of Esmeralda. They charged by the pound to wash clothes, they washed, dried (obviously lol) and folded it for him, he was pleased. Thank you so much for your service. Great idea. I'll be reaching out when we're back up there! Mother Nature causes so much havoc on the electric equipment.

I'm giving 3 stars only because the washers are nice and big and the dryers and pretty much do the job. The time before this time the owner was inserting herself too much and making way too many remarks in regards to how we do our laundry. Not only that but her daughter or helper purposely tried to hit my husband when opening the dryer door knowing he was right next to it. Today was very very busy almost every washer was being used and what really did it for me was the fact that there was actual POOP on the floor!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!

It says the call if you have any complaints or you need a refund to call her number the manager which is the owner. But nobody gets any refunds. She doesn't want the customer to use the bathroom she thinks they'll tear it up but it's already torn up I wouldn't use that bathroom. It's pretty gross.

The speed queen app and you upload your laundry money there and every $20 up add you get a free $5 added to your funds. So that's pretty cool. If you don't do the app you can still use quarters (there's no extra $5 with that though. But I highly recommend the app. The woman who works here is super sweet and very helpful. It's cramped space and only one chair to sit in so you either leave or go sit in your car. It's also about a quarter more than the laundromat down the road. Also it's in a hidden location so if you're concerned about safety go to the other one which has a more public storefront.
