They never answer their phone they pick up and hang up use UPS they care about their customers

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The people that work here are rude, incompetent and have no clue what they are doing. I have never im my life encountered a business so unprofessional!!! This post office should be shut down. I walked to the counter of the passport section at 11:40am, but the closed sign was up. I was about ask a question about the process about renewing my passport, but the cocked eyed woman threw her hands in the air and said" we're closed, can't you read?" If the passport section closes at noon, why is it closed at 11:40am. She's a nasty, lazy employee and should be fired for her incompetence. read more

I don't even know where to begin. Nancy is a terrible disgrace to the USPS family. From the moment I walked in she had a horrible attitude as if we the customers were bothering her. She was put out to help anyone. In times like these she should be thankful for a job. When I brought up her behavior she said " after all I did to help you". Wait isn't that her job? Then she proceeded to tell me how she can't breathe under her mask and believe me being in the medical field I get it. There are several people in the icu that have much worse than us having to wear masks. What a shame Nancy feels so untitled. She also might want to take down the closed sign on her window so she doesn't have to yell at customers " not that window ... over here" in a rude manner. read more

It's almost impossible to call them during normal business hours, they NEVER pick up their phone. When asked in-store why they always have an excuse for why they can't be bothered to pick up the phone. No matter what day of the week or what time of day you try to call them the excuse is always that they are too busy. Statistically there's no way they are that busy from the time they open until the time they close that not a single employee has tome to answer a phone every day. 1 of the employees has a very rude attitude. It seems like she thinks she can get away with being rude to customers if she plays it off like she's just joking, but she's failing miserably at that. Judging by the other comments here it's probably the same lady everybody else is complaining about. After-hours access to PO Boxes has been completely cut-off for almost 2 months now. The gate over the counter is broken and can't be closed so they put a big chain on the door to prevent people from getting inside. I was told over a month ago that it should be fixed in the next day or 2 but it never was. If you work a normal day job you are pretty much screwed out of access to your PO Box unless you take time off from your job (which many people can't do), or if you can manage to get there during the 4 hour window that they are open on saturdays. read more

I just want to complain about Debbie and Nancy, this old ladies always complaining about everything thing and they are super rude with costumers! Every time I have the same size off box and she always say that it's to big, even when the box it's the right size and I never had problems, but especially Debbie argued with me and doesn't want take my box. Probably because she is to lazy for work and hold the box. I don't even know how they still working here with so many costumers complaining about how rude and lazy they are! read more

Trumbull's passport counter is staffed by a true professional. I'd never met the man, but once I shared where I worked we discovered many friends in common, going back over 20 years. Even while we kept up the chatter he processed my documents quickly, efficiently and without a hitch while keeping new arrivals assured and monitored, all the while competently taking pictures of children. This man is a game changer for anyone who thinks civil servants are burnt out. Thank you, Trumbull Postal Service for such a pleasant experience. read more

This has to be the worst customer service of all of the post offices in the USA! The woman who took my package was so rude I could not believe she actually worked there and was obviously paid for her "services"! There were two of them behind the counter and with the post office full of customers, one just took off. I understand it is very hard to find help these days, but if this is the best there is- put some machines in and get rid of these two! read more

I get that it's difficult to deal with the public, but seriously answer the phone...pickup the phone...why is your number listed if you don't pickup....ever. Sometimes we need to get in touch with a specific branch and can't go on usps.com Unacceptable. read more

Crooked eyed passport lady is terrible. Kills time watching videos on customer's phones. When clock hits 4:01pm even if you've been waiting, does not help. Lazy and wasting tax dollars? read more

Employees are rude and incompetent. Had to go back FOUR times to simply renew my passport because the employees refused to work after a certain hour (over an hour before they were closing). Waited in countless lines only to be told they could not assist me three separate occasions. read more

Got really bad experiences in this post office. No matter what question I want to ask. She just said she don't know. The only work she dose is shipping the mail. Feel humiliated by this lady. Other staffs are much better then her. I feel she is discrimination. Horrible experience. read more

Worst post office I've ever been too, employees are incompetent. The clerk began screaming at me telling me I was too slow and holding up the line. Meanwhile, I had been waiting there for ten minutes for her to come back and assist myself and other customers. I sat a paper down that I needed sent out in front of the clerk, and she became irate claiming I was throwing objects at her. I am extremely disappointed by my experience and hope the necessary actions are taken to resolve this problem. read more

Don't go there! The man and the short lady at the passport counter are rude! They started yelling with my son because my son couldn't understand their "english" , it was so embarrassing.The store was supposed to close at 12 PM , it was 11:30 AM and the same hispanic rude man and hispanic lady was complaining and refusing do their job. Some of the rudest people I've ever met. Almost every question was answered with "sorry we can't help you". Do yourself a favor and take an extra 10 minutes to drive to monroe or stratford post offices. Steer clear of these unprofessional people. Never going back there again. read more
