Now they got an employee who says she's new, Victoria, she is super rude and raises her voices at several people while I've been there. She is the only one at the front desk. Now I need to find a different location again. Please get her some customer service training, she's terrible. She argued with me about a package and was going to charge me way more than I knew it should be. I went to Milford instead and they took care of me and were very nice and helpful there. Take your business to Milford, it's worth the drive.

The one postal worker, who is just downright rude, ruins it for any additional stars. She is dismissive, shouts instructions at those in line and has an overall unpleasant disposition. I'm not sure if she hates her job or has mental health issues, but her tone is uncalled for. Most customers stand in line looking shocked, petrified or about to cry because of the way she speaks.

I came here on a Tuesday to mail a package across the country. It was wrapped and all set to go. It cost about $14 to ship priority. The woman behind the desk was so helpful, that she was able to fit it into a smaller and better protective package and saved me money. I really appreciated it, since it saved me money, and I was sending fragile things as well. I definitely recommend this post office to those who wish to do their mailing needs. So many PO Boxes as well, which is a nice convienince as well. I will definitely be returning to this post office!!

pretty well organized and faster than others i have been to and also very caring…read more the pepes farms road post office has often been disappointing. when i wanted to purchase stamps to place on envelopes i was mailing, rather than have a computer print out, i was told to go online to make stamp purchases. the manager complained to me because i wanted to buy stamps. it only discourages me to buy stamps for collecting or to send to others that collect and to show the art of stamps on envelopes.

We did not need a full storage facility and it was not for a long amount of time so it was a bit of a dilemma. Not only did they store the boxes and bags but they also provided van service to pick up and drop off right in front of the dorm. But then she insisted I had to buy an entire roll of tape for $4.99 because "they don't have any tape." Clearly, they did -- I could see it right behind the counter. I explained that I'm currently out of work and just needed six inches of tape to seal the box, but she didn't care. I've never experienced such a lack of basic kindness or customer service over something so small. UPS should train staff to show a little compassion, especially for people just trying to make a simple return. I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of , all over a few inches of tape.
