I certainly get when something is not doable and I never expect immediate turn around and can come back later or the next day which I normally do. Immediately he tells me they are more expensive then the price I've paid. I've been shipping the same thing for a month. We finally straighten that out. I'm not even arguing with him. His response, "Do you live around here? Can you come back tomorrow and I'll have it figured out and you can pay." Me: "Do you want my contact so you can call when it's done." His response: "No." I come back the next day and he says, "If these weren't so time consuming I'd have it done." I could have gone somewhere else, he could have called me or have told me it would take until Monday. To top it off, I was not mean, I was not pushy but the guy was rude and I could see the way he spoke to other costumers that he's losing the post office money.

I didn't have to wait for 30 minutes while one person walked around and one person waited on a line of two people that seemed to take an hour lunch break every time. The female employee answered my questions, helped me make my final decision, sold me some stamps to boot and got me on my way...quickly! It was such a relief! Previous visits have taken me my entire lunch break when I had a job that took even less time. I must also give props for how quickly their mail goes out. When I mailed out our save the dates. People literally had them the next day or two days later. People that didn't even love super close, either. A 45 minute drive away from us and they received their save the date the day after I mailed it in the blue mailbox just out front of this post office. It really impressed me. I've been doing that ever since rather than using the mailbox in my development. Well done, USPS...keep it up!

I have brought in my stamped packages and have waited in line just to hand them to someone. A nice younger lady who works there advised I don't have to wait in line next time, just leave them on the counter. That would be great except the older lady who works there gets a huge attitude with me EVERY time I go in there and tells me to wait in line. Look, I get that people are waiting for service, but I don't need any services. If they had a package drop box I wouldn't even come inside at all. These two ladies need to talk about what their policy is for PRE PURCHASED POSTAGE packages and get on the same page because they are telling me two different things and that older lady always gives me a huge attitude when I try to leave my box on the counter as instructed by the younger one.

The tellers here are SO friendly, laughing with customers, and always happy to help! Today I went in to get a moving form (because the tech support online could not figure my issue with submitting the move online), and they told me I had to go into an office and submit it manually (what?). So when I went in, the office was closed for lunch but the woman teller was closing the door and was kind enough to go get a form for me and explain how to submit it. I didn't realize it was closed for lunch (1pm-1:30pm) but she still helped me, was very pleasant, and she was 15 minutes into her lunch! Thanks to all of the tellers at this location! You make coming to the PO fun!

I had a package to go out and the mail person already delivered my mail so I checked to find one nearby to drop off my already paid for package. The website for local post offices said that the hours for the Westtown Post office is open until 3p. So I jumped in the car and drove 20 minutes to arrive at 1:10... Maria told me the hours are the ones noted on the door of the post office and that it closed at 1pm. UGH!!!! I now wasted 40 minutes of my day and my package will not be sent until Monday.
