I went in to get my boyfriends passport and that is a tedious task as is but they made it so much easier and took their time with us even though some things we had were wrong they quickly fixed our issues with diligence and eagerness to help. both employees were great and patient I never write reviews but I felt the need to compliment this service. I told her I was in the market for Forever stamps and she flipped through her binder and showed me which ones were available for purchase. The lady at the counter told me they don't provide that service (only the stores do, not the drop off points), BUT went the extra mile to show me how to cancel the returns on Amazon, how to return them for $0 shipping, and email the labels to Express Shipping for them to print. I am so thankful that she was able to help me get that taken care of even though the store was busy and I was extremely embarrassed (just my personality - the staff was great). Would highly recommend Express Shipping as they are super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!
