Although they…read morehave cost more than a couple of other transport companies we looked into we were happy, and we had never had any complaints or issues. This year after our car was returned from Florida our car was mud caked, truly mud caked, unlike any other time in the past. After we had the car washed the entire car was spotted. We had it washed second and 3d times and the spots remained. CHIPs refused to deal with the car, saying if I didn't want it to be dirty I should send it in an enclosed truck. In order for the spots to be removed the car needs a special surface finishing treatment. CHIPS has lost our business and I would not recommend them.

When I accepted a new job on the other coast, I knew that the one part of the cross country move I wouldn't have to worry about would be shipping my car. Just like last time, communication was easy and prompt despite it being August student moving / holiday / COVID truck driver shortage season. Eric was honest and up front, and managed my expectations so that I made the best decision time wise, even though it was more inconvenient on the front end. As long as 1st Haul Auto is operating and run by Eric, I will never use another company if I have to ship my car.

We had looked into other transport companies that provided lower estimates, but the reviews led us to second-guess their reliability. After reading the great Yelp reviews for 1st Call Auto Haul, we contacted Eric -- and, boy, are we glad we did! Within a month of our first phone call -- and after subsequent calls and email exchanges -- the car was expertly delivered to our home. Throughout the entire process and in every interaction, Eric was patient, thorough, and honest. My only suggestion would be to change the name to 1st *AND ONLY* Call Auto Haul as this is truly the one company you'll want to use to move your car!

The professionalism and…read moreefficiency this company offers were so impressive that I had to write a yelp review on his behalf!! The shipped to my friend in a manageable time, and was a day earlier than expected-- something you don't see often! Rather, it's always delayed days to weeks late with car-shipping. In addition, the shipping service was extremely responsive, helpful, and willing to answers questions when presented. The price was also realistic and was underpriced compared to the quality I was given. They were extremely transparent with the procedure, and showed photos along the way. Something I have yet to receive when using automobile shipping. Overall, great communication and service that I didn't think were possible for the price. I would 100000% easily use this service again if I needed a car shipped to me.

They were super informative and provided me with all the information that I needed to ship my car. I had no problems contacting them and they were always super quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. They also were able to update me on where my cars location was. Boston Auto Transport was fast to pick up my car too! Being a broke college student, it being affordable is very important to me. And luckily for me they offer really competitive price per mile. Since this is a big sell for me, I am very concerned on my car. They were extremely reassuring since they showed me pictures of my car and how they transport it. They also showed me equipment they use. They are awesome I would totally recommend this place.

I'm giving you the keys to my car with a loaded truck full of my personal valuables, and expecting you to give it back to my thousands of miles away with everything in tact. Skepticism aside, I took the chance with these folks and they made the process incredibly easy. The reason why I went with CCLDM, is because they allowed me 100lbs in the trunk of my car to pack whatever. My situation was interesting, cause no moving company would take my stuff cause I didn't have enough stuff to make the trip. Therefore, that 100lbs in the trunk really saved me. Communication was excellent. The email response was excellent. Everything was great. I had a follow up phone conversation with John, one of their representatives, just now to ask how the service was, and I really appreciate them doing that. I put a lot of value into communication, and they held up their end of the bargain. If you're looking to ship your car or ship your things, give these folks a call.

These guys are honestly one of the most professional companies I have worked with in any capacity. They showed up exactly on time on pick up day, and proceeded to quickly, but meticulously pack the furniture (including some unwieldy unconventional items like a huge turtle tank) with moving blankets and other materials. Everything was packed up and catalogued in a matter of hours. The apartment was left spotless. Since I was moving out of Orlando right after Hurricane Irma, I was naturally worried that stuff would get stuck in the infrastructural mess that followed, but to my surprise it ended up arriving promptly on the promised date. The entire time it was in transit, I was kept up to date by a very friendly customer relations agent that was assigned to me directly. The delivery crew was just as friendly and professional as the pick up crew, carefully unpacking all of my belongings and placing them where they needed to go. Overall, I had an amazing experience with these guys and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all my friends.
