Normally I don't get too upset about how salespeople interact, but everyone I dealt with was rude and acted like they were doing me a favor even acknowledging my presence. Obviously when you are buying a stairlift, you are seeking assistance, and as someone who had never bought one before, I just wanted to flesh out all my needs and questions with a knowledgable salesperson. Having dealt with this "company" (more like a frat house in there), I can honestly say I will never deal with them again, and you would be better suited building a stairlift yourself! I also used to use them for propane too, They charged me for rental fees on a propane tank once a year and then decided that they needed to charge me twice a year. Also, the tank that I am renting is rusting. Apparently they do not inspect their tanks either. Can't wait until they go out of business and can't figure out why.

We consistently have to track our mail down with the other businesses in our building. There is a constant knocking of doors with everyone handing each other there mail. The people in the building would be better off if the office just dropped our mail and we handed it out. Everyday we have to return letters to other businesses. There are business cards in the community mail box for each business with names and addresses and still they are wrong. Killingly commons is tired and fed up with this lack of caring. Worked with this company over the course of 4 months as they accepted my belongings from a long…read moredistance mover and stored them for 4 months in their warehouse. When our house was ready they moved my items to my house. I was nervous about storing our items thar long but i was pleasantly surprised there were no odors or bugs or damage. Very happy! Marshall was excellent every step of the way assuring me my belongings would be safe and well cared for. A few small issues on delivery day that were corrected quickly, efficiently and 100%. My kids go to the thompson, ct location and it is the complete same. They combine classes, teachers are always taking kids from other classes to run "errands" put the older kids on the busses, if theres too many babies in the infant they take them to the older classes and such, etc. VERY DISORGANIZED. They also do the bare minimum with teaching. My 4 year old is barely taught handwriting or anything important. There "handwriting session" is drop off in the morning trace your name on a yellow lined piece of note pad paper written in half! It's so pathetic how cheap they are. AND YOU WILL DEFENITLY want to know this... I signed up for full day care 7-5:30 because they were ALWAYS complaining if I was 15-20 minutes off schedule (doesn't matter about traffic, the fact that I'm a single parent, my schedule varies between school and work) they then told me that there DAILY RATE of $60 only covers 9.5 hours and that for the 10.5 hour day it would be an extra $7 per day per child!!! OUTRAGEOUS. And as the previous rater said, they do make you put 2 weeks down. They also make you do EFT payments, no other options. If you choose to do that with a credit card its a fee. But you also have to have a checking and credit card linked to your account so they have the ability to freely charge whatever they want. They fucked up my account and withdrew $166 extra for four weeks before I logged into my bank account to notice, also note they do not provide statements for you to trace unless specifically asked. I can't suggest enough that you do not bring your child to this very poor excuse for a daycare. They need to be shut down.
