I was told that mold was observed in many other portions of the rest of the deck as they were replacing the rotted boards. KYRA ROSS came today and performed an extremely professional review of the entire area, taking pictures, testing wood, taking samples of various different types of mold observed. She was very friendly, initially went over pricing of the entire job, which included lab testing of samples collected and her follow up on the reports we will receive and what the results mean. Knowing that my wife, Barbara, has serious mold allergies and health issues before from inside mold in a different condo, Kyra will explain all the findings in writing so that we can, if necessary, require the condo to tear down the deck and have the entire area mold remediated.

I spoke to his wife and she said Allan would come over the weekend. He never showed up or called us. I have called him at least 14 times and he will not respond. I am very disappointed that the driveway only lasted 8 years. BEWARE once they get your business, if you have a problem, don't depend on this company to help you out. They are in it for the top dollar you pay for a complete driveway, not to fix the job they did. I wouldn't even give them one star but that's the lowest you can give.

He was down to earth, took his time and and really cared about our needs. We just bought a house and the driveway is HUGE and it really needs to be replaced (approx. $30K) but we had just moved in and really needed to fix some real problem areas immediately. Alan did not try and sell us, explained our options with some real valid repairs. We agreed on a scope of work and they were back in 3 days to do the work. They were on time, entire crew was friendly, courteous respectful and the work they did was SPECTACULAR!!!! Makes us really want to do the entire driveway as soon as we can. If you don't have time to properly do residential jobs, don't take them; stick to your big commercial jobs! They agreed to come back, relevel the backyard (which was several inches off), slit seed (which they didn't do, they used a spreader), lime and fertilize (hopefully). I did actually get grass to start growing due to hiring another company (All Landscaping, 860-798-6301, Allen did an amazing job for a very reasonable price), and when they came to "fix" the issues, they proceeded to drive a Bobcat on the lawn (unnecessary) and put dirt down on the grass that had grown in, even after being told before the work started what areas needed to be done. It took legal action to get the job (somewhat) fixed, and I will be fixing myself in the spring. Do not hire this company.

The company has adopted the tech to keep in touch with their customers which makes planning an appointment and the arrival of the work person an excellent experience for the customer. Today I worked with Matt and Giacomo (John) and was not at all surprised that they worked neatly and efficiently. We had them run ethernet cable and remove a EcoFlow product. If I had to guess they will be in business a long time if they keep this level of service and professionalism.

Two years later I was ready to do the project and asked if they could update my quote. Every other company I reached out to was able to update my quote without coming out to my house because they had the records from the original quote . But not these guys . They wanted to come out again . The man Steven comes out about 10 minutes late which is understandable. He proceeds to tell me that they came out last year for a quote I corrected him cuz it was not last year . And then he very aggressively said well you're going to get it done this time though right ? Which already brought me the wrong way . Then he's asking me a bunch of questions about why I'm getting my boiler replaced and it's like dude just tell me how much the replacement is going to be that's all I want to know like you're here to give me a number not an interrogation. Hey then proceeds to ask me when I plan to get it done and I told him 30 days . His response was well why not today . Considering he came in a hatchback I didn't think he was equipped to come to do the job today but I wanted to get it done in 30 days . So I just repeat no 30 days because at this point I am getting frustrated with him . So he repeats why not today . So I hand him his business card back and apologize for him having to come all the way out here and asked him to leave . He tried to give me his card back after I just handed it back to him and asked him to leave and wanted to continue the conversation. I had to basically walk him to his car . My business is not his business I said 30 days I have nobody else that came to give me a quote was so intrusive or invasive and I don't know if it was because he's trying to sell me something or because I'm a woman but it immediately put me off and made me feel very uncomfortable. Thankfully I was able to find a company who can come out when I need them to come out for $3,000 less than their old quote was from 2 years ago . So if you want to be interrogated and overcharged then I guess this is the company for you .
