They asked me if I had more tape (lol) and when I said no, they told me I would be responsible if the package got lost. The box had shoes, so I'm not worried about it slithering off a small slot. Not to mention that they never offered tape even if it costs money. It's either they don't have tape as a UPS business or they don't care to offer you what you need to make sure your package gets to its destination safely.

I've had friends try to mail letters that they knew would be more than 1 stamp so they took it to them to weigh and mail and they also got their letters returned because the scales at Bi-State Shipping are not accurate.
